A great wine tasting experience at 3 local wineries. The weather was perfect along with the scenery and quality of wines. A delicious lunch was also provided. The highlight of the trip was the friendliness, knowledge, and accommodating driver and tour guide, Kris! From the beginning until the end of the trip, she kept the conversation flowing with our small group and provided us with insight and interesting tid bits on local knowledge and history of the areas we were visiting, and also the areas we passed through. She brought a professional and fun vibe to our experience. In addition, she went above and beyond, with a smile and sense of humor, when I realized I left my wallet behind at our last stop. She continued on dropping off other guests and then brought us back up the mountain to retrieve our forgotten items. This was after hours for both the Gainey Winery and the staff of Grapeline; however, with combined efforts from both sides, our problem was quickly and happily resolved. Being someone in the service industry I couldn’t have asked for a better attitude and professionalism with Kris. Above and beyond, exceeded our expectations.

I booked a tour for the past weekend for my friends in Sonoma Valley and had a fantastic time! Our guide, Doug, was very accommodating and entertaining the whole day! Even ran to get us some deli sandwiches while we were at our second stop! The entire process of booking with this group was seamless and always had my questions answered promptly. Would highly recommend using them for your next winery day!

Doug was great!!
It was my husband’s and my 35th wedding anniversary and he made it very special.
He kept us on time and we chatted together in the car.
He knows a lot about the many wineries.
I would definitely use Doug again as our tour guide!

Best bachelorette party experience we could imagine! 100% would use this service again in Sonoma. They offer all inclusive tours that remove the logistical challenges of wine country and maximize the experience, at an affordable price. The bride and group loved each of the 3 wineries we attended. Our driver, Anthony and coordinator Jodee, delivered high level customer service and made for an enjoyable day. The bud was well equipped with a sound system and comfortable seating. Simply the best if you’re looking in wine country!

We had a great time with Doug today! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the day truly about us. Even before the day began, we had a great experience using their booking service to coordinate our day - they were responsive, flexible and listened to what types of vineyards and wines we were looking for to make the day exactly what we were looking for (even having an infant in tow!). 100% would recommend using Grapeline for a wine tour - we can’t wait to come back!
