Came in the UTC store to just look and to get some information and ideas, but after I was explained what Paradise Grills has to offer, I was sold on the value and turned around time in getting delivered. Love the look and everything Paradise offers, especially with all the add ons for the grill. I have been able to griddle, smoke, fry, steam, and cook a pizza. I would suggest anyone looking to do a beautiful outdoor kitchen without all the headaches and costs for custom go see Sean and Paradise Grills UTC

Sean is awesome. Very patient and happy to answer a million questions. Showed us all the accessories let us take our time choosing everything. Would highly recommend. Very happy with our new outdoor kitchen.

We love the overall setup and design of our Paradise Grills outdoor kitchen—it really elevated our backyard space. However, the customer service experience has been disappointing. We invested over $25K, and unfortunately, the wine fridge stopped working just 18 months later. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was out of warranty and the only option was to purchase a replacement for $2,500. For the price point, I expected better support and durability. Based on our experience, I’m hesitant to recommend Paradise Grills to others.

We are delighted with the Tahiti Island Grill that Sean, the Store Manager, recommended to us at the Paradise Grill UTC store.

The Paradise Grill products are exceptionally well-built and have provided us with a delightful cooking experience. The exceptional build quality ensures that they withstand our Florida climate. We have hosted numerous cookouts, and everyone who has gathered around the island bar and grill idea has thoroughly enjoyed it.

Paradise Grills at UTC was a great experience! Sean was hugely helpful and knowledgeable about everything and he got me all the options I wanted in one package. He even helped via text on his days off as we pondered different options. Highly recommend!!
