My oven wasn't heating properly, and I was worried about ruining dinner. The technician was friendly, efficient, and diagnosed the issue. They fixed the problem with the heating element and now my oven is working perfectly again. I highly recommend their services!

Upon looking at numerous options to stay in proximity to Sonoma Raceway, I found this BWPlus for myself and grandson, as we were heading to Sonoma National Drag races. Looking at the neighborhood on Google maps was definite "selling" point, as safety is always on the forefront. Amenities are great and property, both inside and out are well kept and clean. The continental breakfast is definitely a plus (good food as well). the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. |Highly recommended.

Best breakfast place ever for hotels! Lina was also the best staff we've ever had at any hotel we've been to. She's the definition of customer support. we've been all different hiltons, intercontentals, extended stay, seacrest, this place by far has the best customer service. I would choose this place for the staff anytime

I requested a pet free room because of my allergies. The room I got had a strong dog smell. I called front desk and they they told me that my room was a pet free room and that they were fully booked for the day, so they sent the cleaning crew supervisor, very nice lady. She sprayed the carpet heavily, but the smell didn’t go away. My room was on first floor by the pool where there were many people using it, so I couldn’t even open the window to let the bad smell out. After a sleepless night, I packed my belongings and left the room at 6am. I was told the supervisor would be there at 7am, so I waited in the lobby. I was able to cancel the rest of my stay and I asked for a discount for the terrible night, but didn’t get it. I don’t recommend this line of hotels if you have a strong sense of smell and allergies, you’ll be miserable!

My short staycation experience was pleasant. It was walkable to the pier where there were many restaurants and ice cream eateries. Also close to Safeway fast food restaurants I love that. It was really close to a park as well.

I stay here a lot for work. Hotel is great. Staff is great. Everything about the hotel is great… except for the wireless. It’s nothing short of atrocious. Honestly, they should just not even offer wireless at this point, considering how nonexistent the wireless is at this hotel. It makes it really hard to do online work when the signal is beyond weak/nonexistent.
PLEASE update/upgrade your wireless system to compensate for the amount of guests that are all using it at the same time, and clearly bogging it down to the point of it being useless.

Great dog friendly hotel. We stayed there for four nights in a room with kitchenette. The staff was friendly and welcoming. When we brought some small concerns about the room, everything was addressed quickly and effectively.

My stay at the Heritage Best Western hotel was surprisingly delightful and productive. My room was attractive and cleaned daily The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the freeway, restaurants and gas stations, and conveniently located near several businesses.
