We had a wonderful sail with Captain Forest on a beautiful afternoon out of Santa Cruz harbor. He is a terrific sailor, very kind, easy to sail with, on board his well cared for historic wooden yawl. Highly recommend California Classic Sail!

I booked CCSail for a 3 hr sail while my parents were visiting. We had never been on a sailboat before. Such a great experience, even on a day we low winds, we had a great time and our crew taught us the basics, allowing us to participate as much or as little as we wanted. I highly recommend this experience!

My husband & I contacted Captain Forest about our vision to shoot a maternity session on his sailboat. There is a lot of nostalgia for our family in Santa Cruz, specifically near the pier. We had a great time sailing in the Monterey Bay / outside of Santa Cruz! Captain Forest was really great and very friendly, he even let us sail the boat. My wife also had a great time seeing all of the marine life. I highly recommend this outing and will be back!

We had an amazing sunset cruise on the Monterey Bay. Captain Forest and first mate Nathan were super friendly and accommodating. There were 6 of us, we decided to sit at the bow, we had plenty of space to all sit comfortably and enjoy the beautiful evening. Thank You!

Had an absolutely wonderful time thanks to Captain Forest. Sarah's design makes for quite a comfortable and stress free sail. Absolutely recommended for anyone in for an authentic and intimate sailing adventure. We even got to see a pair of humpback whales on the way in.

Awesome 3 hours with Captain Forrest and Nate. We did the interactive tour and learned a lot, a true experience and a lot of fun. Our family of 5 loved it. I hope you will develop this format further and offer some follow up lessons or other.
