I am completely satisfied with this agency. If you are in Glendale and need to book or get a ticket you should call these guys. I always check online some websites such as expedia and then check in with leven travel, it is the same price but the good thing is you are rest assure you are getting the correct information. The rates are perfect with levon travel.

SCAM! Please Avoid!!!

Here is my story- my daughter’s school was organizing a trip to Armenia that was supposed to take place during her senior year. She is just about to graduate, and no trip happened due to the pandemic. All the families were required to pay a deposit of $1K, but only received a portion of the deposit back after the trip was cancelled. Upon questioning why the full amount was not refunded, Levon Travel stated that they can’t provide families the refund, but rather the school could organize another trip and use those funds towards the trip before the end of the year. The school decided against planning a trip- so the remainder of our deposits were not returned.
I reached out to the agency multiple times, hoping they would either refund us our deposit or allow us to use those funds as credit towards personal travel, but they refused to cooperate.
Im sharing my negative experience to caution anyone who is considering this agency for their travel.
