This is my 3rd time traveling with Grand Century,they provided competitive pricing and excellent service. I really had a great time in 3 South America countries, The tour leader Maggie Yang is a very special person who brought joy, peace to our group. Looking forward to another trip with them.

GRAND CENTURY is the best travel agency in LA. 🙂
1st of all, this company offers a complete package including air tickets, hotel, local transportation and most of the dining, which is just I want and save a lot of trouble for me. In the past, I have been looking for such kind of travel agency who can offer the full services, however, I couldn't find an ideal one, most of them only offer part of the services, and I have to spend a lot of time to book air ticket to match the journey's timing which is rather frustrating! How can it call a vocation if you still need to take care of partial of the vocation's job by yourself?
2nd, this company offers a very competitive price which is really unbeatable! In addition, they never sacrifice their quality even with such good price. I compared their prices for the trip I took with this company in June this year which was for South-America 3 countries, their price is almost 34% lower than the other companies while they still keep a high quality for the journey. Their cost-effectiveness is definitely invincible!
3rd, their tour guide is very professional. I already participated 3 tours with this company, and I found every tour guide performs their duty pretty well. They treat their customer nicely like friend and keep the journey enjoyable. I did have a bad experience with the tour guide from the other travel agency, who was terribly unprofessional and harsh to their customer.
I'm going to take another tour again with this company next month as I fully trust them for their quality services. 🙂

Really fun experience! Went and travelled around Europe and our tour guide Mr. Hao xuxu was a very cool dude! Learned a lot while traveling and the food was SUPERB. Mr. Hao is conscientious in his work and humorous in his explanation. We all like him very much. I'll hang out with him next time we go to Europe They also booked us really great hotel, I’d definitely book them again for my next vacation!

I just came back from 15 days of Western Europe tour and it was an amazing and remarkable vacation! Grand Century Cruises booked 4 stars hotels that include breakfast. We enjoyed different freshly made coffee and healthy food. 5 stars for tour guide, Mr. Hao Xuxu! He led us through the journey with his professional, thoughtful, and responsible attitude. Every night, he will remind us about the weather and preview the schedule for the next day, which helped us prepare for the next exciting day. When I shared my photos to my friends, they already asked for the tour information. I highly recommend!

Our 15 days Europe trip was wonderful. Xu Xu tour leader were with us from the day we landed to the day we departed. He was a very good leader. He help us with everything we need.
