“I had a deeply unsettling experience during my stay at this hotel. 23 October 2024 Early in the morning around 6 AM, I woke up to find someone in my room using the restroom. I had locked the door, so I’m uncertain how another guest could have accessed my room. I immediately left the hotel as I no longer felt safe staying there. When I spoke to the hotel staff, they mentioned it was another guest who entered my room by mistake, but I’m still concerned about the security and how this could happen. I hope the hotel reviews its key and room security policies to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.”

This keeps the review straightforward, explains the issue, and suggests an improvement without being overly harsh.

The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. We felt valued there. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the nice breakfast buffet, too. Nice to see the owner keeps the place updated and well maintained.

The dinner food could have been better quality and the beds were extremely hard. The air flow was very low but they did bring us some fans and that helped a great deal. Overall had a good experience. The front desk was helpful and nice.

This hotel was not clean. There were bugs in my room and a thick, visible layer of dust in every corner of the carpet. There was also a beverage and socks left under the bed. Once reported, they switched my rooms and the second room was worse. There was mold around the toilet, candy and cigarettes under the bed, and the charging dock on the nightstand was broken. We also saw a cockroach run across the lobby by the elevator. We ended up switching hotels.

The lobby and look of the hotel is nice but u felt like for the price, some things need to be updated. Plus breakfast is an additional charge for good food. Kids do eat free with a paid adult, but if not traveling with children, that is no benefit. The Hotel was clean though and was easy to get on and off the interstate when we needed to.

Great place to stay in Northwest Arkansas ! Location is next to interstate 49 but you do not hear any traffic. The atmosphere is calm and the hotel is beautiful! The staff members are professional and courteous. Beds are comfy and hotel is clean. Indoor hot tub and heated salt water pool , restaurant and bar all are on grounds. Plenty of other eating options close to the hotel. Highly recommend.

We love staying at this hotel! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and inviting, and we love the breakfast buffet (100% worth including it in your reservation). Our last visit required us to bring our little dog at the last minute, and the staff helped us make that accommodation without any difficulty. Also very important to us, it is not far from the U of Arkansas campus, yet removed enough from the crowds and busyness.

Great if you don’t have pets. Horrible if you do! The facility is supposed to be “pet friendly” however this is not true! There are areas of the hotel that your pet is NOT allowed to be in. No, there are not signs posted to differentiate these areas. What makes it worse is the fact that the staff are NOT on the same page! It varied from shift to shift and day to day as to what the “rules” were. This of course included which manager was on duty. Also, the pool lights are not good and cast an eerily green glow and the hot tub shoots up about a foot so be prepared to get your hair wet even though you just needed to relax with jets…oh but wait! You can’t lean back too far at the jets or they will stop for the jet you are leaned at. Our floor was on the 2nd floor. I don’t recommend staying on that floor if you want a view. Our view was the exterior stucco wall. Floor plan was NOT well laid out. As for the selection of classifying this hotel as luxury or kid friendly…I’d go with smug. They charge an insane amount of money ($200/week night) for being dated. Unfortunately we had to stay here because they were “pet friendly,” even if that’s a farce.
