Owners are incredibly helpful and friendly, didn't know what I was doing trout fishing, they set me straight, gave me some advice, and I had a fish on in 10 minutes. Fantastic business!

As a girl from Chicago, I had never been fly fishing. But Beau is a phenomenal teacher, and I was able to pick it up relatively quickly. I can honestly say I’ve had a harder time catching fish from the trout farm in Illinois than the Little Red. The water was so clear, you could see all the fish crowded at the bottom. Ended up catching a few including a massive rainbow trout that I never would’ve been able to land without his infinite patience and coaching skills. In addition to being a great guide, he’s just one of those salt of the earth type people who found his calling in life, and I’ll happily spend another perfect day listening to his funny stories and drifting down the river. Ladies, this is the perfect gift for your husband!
