I had a great experience with Satco. The technicians that showed up were very polite, punctual, and informative. Due to weather they had to postpone the install, but got me an appointment the next morning. I want to thank Scotty, Silas, and Dillon for doing a great job and getting me connected to the world.

You guys charged me $225 for a reconnection fee that was on YOUR end. I DO NOT recommend this place. I had money in my account. Even called and was told it wasn’t on your end. The bill WAS paid before they even reconnected. This is ridiculous. And charging someone for 2 months PLUS a reconnection fee (that was already paid on MY end) is not acceptable. If a manager would like to contact me. That would be AMAZING. Account is under Samantha Brickey. Like I said. I DO NOT recommend.

I hope no one works from home using this provider! The internet connection is probably the worst I've ever seen. It seems there's one outage after the other or the connection is in and out all day long. It's so bad, I decided to relocate because I honestly can't understand how anyone is able to function virtually on a day to day basis using this service provider!
