Mr. Gross was professional and responsive. The service was done promptly and the proof of service was returned in a timely manner. I did have to pay an additional fee for the court filing even though ultimately the court would not accept an out of county filing.

I reached out to Islay for paperwork that I needed to serve and Jeff walked me through the entire process. I had a horrible first experience with another Process server who ripped me off, and I was hesitant to reach out to anyone else. I'm so glad I found Islay. Their fees are Great for same day service. His services are efficient and effective! I reached out around 11am and he finished the service by 7pm same day! He sent me the Proof of Service for filing within hours of service. I highly recommend his sevices!

If I could give Jeff 10 stars I would. I contacted him at 11:45a, and he had the service completed by 3:36p the same day. He was professional, thoughtful in his words, responsive, and thorough. He provided pictures and audio of the service. This was above and beyond my expectations. I'm grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him or use him in the future.

First I would like to say that I had no idea what I was doing regarding how the serving process works but Jeff made it extremely easy by explain it to me. He walked me through how different scenarios might turn up and what he may or may not have to do in order to get my paperwork served. He is very professional and kept me post on everything he did. After a ridiculous experience with another company serving my soon-to-be-ex-husband divorce papers, I was not looking forward to having to serve him the amended petition.
With Islay Management Group, Jeff was very professional. He contacted me by phone to discuss the service, he completed the service within 24 hours of when I paid, he kept me updated and notified me immediately upon completing the service, and he sent me pictures and the proof of service electronically within an hour or so.
Look no further, this is the way to go for process servers in the East Bay!!

I had a really bad experience with a process server a few months back so I was hesitant on hiring another one. I didnt want to use the sheriff's cause I thought they could get a call while waiting for the target. So i tried again and spoke with jeff. After telling him my case i wasnt sure I would go with him either and that's only because the target was in a hospital and that can b a hard place to serve a person.
When I first spoke with jeff he listened to my case and said he would take it. What made me choose him was he wasnt pushy and I didnt get the feeling he was just trying to get my money, unlike the previous process server. Jeff was informative, asked for the details of who, where and when. Jeff also sent me pics of where the target was and that was great and called me when is was all done and it was a success
