My second time use Safety training seminars ans will continue to use. This time around the online portion wasn't on my account even though I received the email. With the phone number, we got that issue resolved quickly. They have plenty of locations to choose from. The online learning is fast and to the point and the skills portion took no time at all. The skills portion has great feedback but still make sure you pay attention to the computer. I look forward to the next time I need to renew.

I had a great experience taking my BLS Renewal for this company. At first I was a bit anxious knowing that there won’t be anyone present during the skills test, but I understood why as soon as I got in the testing room. It was very easy and self-explanatory to be able to do what’s needed; the VAM/Voice Assisted Mannequin and the computer tells and instructs you exactly what you need to do. Tbh, I actually underestimated a bit on how advanced everything was, lol. I also loved how everything was very organized and clean. The online course was also great and made me feel like I actually am renewing my BLS class as opposed to just being lectured by someone and not being able to really/fully “test” my skills in providing high quality CPR. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this company! 🙂

It was indeed a great experience. I initially had some challenges with the VAM, especially during the 2-person rescue, but once I got a hold of it, it became quite seamless! Overall, I highly recommend STS for all trainings/certification programs.
