What a wonderful team! They helped me with the most difficult time of my life. My dear friend died, he had no one but me so I was in charge of having his apartment cleaned and cleared out after he was found. During every step of the way, from moment the office staff picked up the phone, the managers called, their crew did the clean up and contents removal, and their collections team contacted me, I felt incredibly cared for. They cleaned up all the biohazards, including blood, bowel ejection, and drug paraphernalia. They removed all his contents from his apartment and disposed of it all as well. They made this process so easy and stress free, at a time that I could barely keep myself together. Thank you Servpro of San Leandro for EVERYTHING.

Tony Garcia, my mitigation lead taking care of fire damage to my home, was beyond excellent. Not once but twice he offered to make the drive across the bay to immediately check on water intrusion issues to ease my mind although they could easily wait until the next day. He was also super fast, kind, and thoroughly professional in responding to every call or text I sent during a very stressful time. The other San Francisco mitigation team members who worked on getting my home ready for reconstruction were also great — always showed up when they said they would, took care of everything that needed to get done, and thoroughly answered all my questions. It was good to see them take over along with my insurance company.
They were very professional and came almost everyday until everything was dry and mold free.

The Servepro team did an EXCELLENT job 👏 with water remediation in my home. Shane stayed in top of the insurance company with me and kept me abreast of every step. Treyana was courteous with every call for scheduling. The team executing the work - DeJaun and Abraham - were highly professional and I was very impressed with the care they took from moving my furniture to the explanation they provided when the job was done. I recently had to deal with a large amount of water damage. Servpro was sent out by my insurance to manage the mitigation and remediation work.

The situation was pretty nerve wracking to me (anything dealing with major damage and insurance would be, right?), but the Servpro team did an amazing job with communication and guiding me through the entire process.
