This review is for the golf course. We didn’t get a chance to stay at the resort but did walk the grounds before the round and grabbed dinner after the round, the property itself is stunning. It is an oasis just north of Los Angeles and an amazing spot to get away, unwind, and relax.
The golf course itself was beautiful, while a shorter course (about 6300) from the tips but it is challenging with many forced carries and long approach shots. I could see it being tough on a hot summer day with a crowded tee sheet. We visited in the spring, the weather was amazing, the course was wide open, and we had an overall amazing experience.

I am incredibly impressed by this hotel. They absolutely live up to their 5 stars. Truly, pure luxury. It’s like the staff knows what you need before you need it. I felt like I didn’t have to lift a finger! I’ve worked in high end salons and spas my entire life, and own a high end salon in New York City. The attention to detail at the spa was quite literally impeccable. I only stayed for one night and cannot wait to come back!

Unique and beautiful property. We have visited Ojai Valley Inn a few times in the last 10 years. They have recently added the new Farmhouse to their property which a special venue for meetings, events and weddings. The history as well as the overall experience the hotel provides is worth retuning to. |There are definitely various versions and selections of rooms so if you want something specific I would suggest calling for your reservation. There are several pools so if you have kids I would suggest a room near the “pixie” pool. |The spa is nice, but could use a little refresh of the locker room areas. The staff is fabulous. |We will definitely return.

I took my wife here for our anniversary. It was much more expensive than any other place in the area, but now I know why. The grounds are absolutely stunning with beautiful architecture and landscaping. It makes you feel like you're in another country. There are several restaurants to choose from. Everything from a small café grab and go to a 5 star gourmet restaurant. The food choices were great, and we never left the property during our stay. We enjoyed spa treatments that included all-day access to all the spa emmenities. You could practically make it a whole day, so it's worth the extra. We did a bee keeping experience that included a honey tasting at the end. I've never experienced anything quite like this place. The beauty and tranquility make it a hidden 💎 I will be bringing my wife back here again, and I highly recommend this place for a very special occasion.

Beautiful property. It's huge, with a large gold course around it. You can walk a lot or bike in their free bikes. The rooms are large with balconies. They're a bit old but kept very nicely and have all amenities like espresso machine and soft robes. Some have a fireplace. The room has a sitting area with a sofa. The bathroom has a decent size and a bathtub. We had the Sunday brunch, which is expensive but so worth it. They had everything you wanted, and the quality was great. Many outdoor fire pits for nighttime. 3 nice adult pools with full service and shuttles are available from and to the room. They also have a crafts room for adults and kids and a large gym and, of course, a spa service. The nicest thins is the views and scenery. It's just gorgeous

The team at Ojai Valley Inn is also a pleasure to work with—professional, kind, and attentive to every detail, which makes such a difference in the flow of the day. We held a large meeting at this facility this week (May 2025).

The meeting location (Farmhouse) was everything we could ask for. Large, enough seating, comfortable for the group, and the technology was flawless.

The room we stayed in was fantastic and so much like home.

The staff went above and beyond every step of the way!

Wonderful location, amazing staff, and excellent amenities. Only issues was a maintenance alarm going off across from the front door at 12:45am and a cockroach in the bathroom. The Pixie pool was great for the kids. The Oak restaurant and view were exquisite.
