We had a great experience with Cruise America. We went on a roadtrip for almost two weeks with very little issue. We had to deal with customer service on three occasions with one of them being us having a blowout on a rear tire. Every conversation with customer service was very pleasant and they were knowledgeable enough to answer all of our questions. With the blowout we managed to get to a local tire shop where Cruise America worked with them to get tires replaced without any cost to us. The only thing I can think of for improvement is offering earlier pickup times.

1st time renting an RV and it couldn't have been easier! Just 15 minutes away from the Phoenix airport, access wasn't complicated. We arrived around 8am and was on the road by 8:30am. Instructions for the use of the RV was provided by: Mia. Friendly and knowledgeable, helped us have 6 days of traveling, hassle free! Return was straight forward. Pull in. Drop off the keys. Final inspection... done! As I said, this was our RV experience. It will not be our last and would highly recommend Cruise America as your choice in RV rental!

This was an amazing experience, and their customer service was stellar. We were able to see the country with pets and baby on board, and never felt cramped with all the storage spaces to put everything. We got a 30' 2026 with 22 miles on it, had a few gremlins with the new model, but the customer service made everything right in the end. I would recommend them every time.

We are newbies and have wanted to RV for some time now. We took a short 3 night trip in Arizona and we had a great time in our wonderful state. Speaking of state..... the Homolovi and Lost Dutchman state parks are outstanding!!
Jade, Karen and Stephanie were so helpful and extremely knowledgeable and we appreciated them so much!

We enjoyed our vacation very much and cruise America at Phoenix provided excellent customer service. They are very user friendly. Karen was very efficient helping us along the way and we really appreciated her. The vehicle was in great shape. There were no hassles. The only negative was when we checked back in the staff overlooked crediting us for half tank of propane we left in tank. We will be renting again from cruise America!

Cruise America = Never Again.

We rented an RV from Cruise America for Stagecoach to survive the desert heat with air conditioning. Instead, we received a smelly, broken, filthy mess with no working AC — the only thing we needed.

The RV smelled worse and worse as the weekend wore on. The odor clearly came from the black tank — likely a cracked vent pipe — and it was unbearable even when the tank was supposedly empty. Outside smelled like a diaper left in the sun; inside smelled like dead fish (but worse).

Other problems:
•    Broken outlets literally falling out of the walls
•    Busted kitchen windows (had to be propped open with a plastic knife)
•    Couch molding detached — created a tripping hazard
•    Candy wrappers in the bed
•    $125 “provisions kit” that was maybe half complete
•    Hours wasted trying to get customer service help — with no solution

The RVs are absolute junk, and Cruise America clearly doesn’t maintain or care about their fleet. Rent from anyone else.

We picked up our RV in Mesa (Phoenix) and did a round trip including Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and the Mighty Five National Parks in Utah. Customer service was excellent. They even walked around with us before we left and gave us a run through of how everything worked. The camper was very clean and the technology all worked as it was supposed to. We had a blast on our trip and would definitely rent an RV from Cruise America again!
