My friends and I have gone to two escape rooms here. The first one we did was Outbreak. We had six people and it was such a fun time. This room was "hard difficulty" and we survived with seconds left. The clues were really neat and the time we spent there was so much fun.

The second room we did a few weeks later was Pet'rified. This was a "medium difficulty" and this time we had 10 players. The site suggested 4-6 players and I agree. 10 players were too many. This escape room was navigated in the dark and there were only so many flashlights in the room. As a result, you were dependent on another player's flashlight to see and could not roam independently. The room was still very fun. There was a primary room which allowed access to a secondary room and even a third smaller room. We beat this one with 21 minutes to spare.

The overall location of these escape rooms is impressive in and of itself. The house is an older Mesa home and there are TONS of escape rooms located inside the home.

The staff is very nice and explain everything in great detail. They provide clues to help you along if you need it too. Sign up for a room. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I are escape room enthusiasts and try out different escape room companies whenever we travel, but we ALWAYS come back to UEA every time we are in the area. Even though you need a minimum of 3 tickets to book a room, as long as you pay for the third, you can totally solve rooms with just two people - great for date night. And it is 100% worth it compared to other places we have been. They are just that good! The Mesa location is our favorite, of course. The stories and puzzles are unique, they have a huge number of rooms, and there is a wide variety of challenges for all experience levels. It is always so much fun! We have done a little bit of everything, from some of their hardest to some of their easiest - we even took my parents here for their first ever escape room experience, who were both a little nervous at the idea of trying it out, but they thoroughly enjoyed it. So far, we have done Detained, Hansel & Gretel, Lost Dutchman, and Lilith's Lair. Our goal is to keep coming back until we've done them all, which with 14 currently active rooms will take a while. Also, the UEA staff is also wonderful!!! They will talk with you beforehand about what to expect and your personal co.fort level with escape rooms to make sure they can provide the best possible experience for you and get you excited before you start. Don't be afraid to ask for help or hints once you're in the room either! Nick was our most recent game master and he was an absolute delight. Can't recommend this place enough! We will always keep coming back! 🥰

Celebrated my brothers birthday here with his friends and it could not have been a better way to spend an hour , Nick our GM was SO SWEET, kind and helpful ! I can’t say enough kind things about him or the Steam Punk room, will be returning again soon

This place has so many room options to choose from ranging from easy to hard and younger kids rooms. We did the Carn-Evil room - medium level - and had so much fun. There was 5 of us and it was a little bit of a challenge. The staff was amazing, super helpful and very friendly. We would definitely book another escape room with them. Highly recommend.

We had so much fun!!! We've been coming to the Mesa location for all our room Escape needs and we're never disappointed. Our company was having a Halloween corporate event here, and it was the best experience ever! We got to do 2 Escape rooms and our room master was so happy to see wolverine and ladypool! We had a blast and we cannot recommend this place enough!

We took our extended family and did 2 rooms at the same time right after Christmas. Candyland and Mad Hatter were perfect rooms for the variety of ages we had participating. Everyone had a great time! Our room master was great at helping us along whenever we would get stuck. We were able to solve both rooms in the allotted time (even with several having never done an escape room before.) Highly recommend for those wanting to spend time together without phones getting in the way.

What a great place to spend time with friends and family. The staff was great, the puzzles in the room was challenging but help was always available, if we needed it. Will definitely be back again, as they have so many different rooms to choose from!

Great staff & a wonderful experience! We did Hansel & Gretel with our two kids. It was a struggle to get started, but our game master was great at pointing us in the right direction whenever we got stuck. The facility is fun, professional, clean, and has some great interactive aspects to their rooms. Definitely one of our favorite escape room locations!
