After having a problem getting on post, was told to come here to get a day pass. After driving all the way here (road construction wait, one lane bypass) they told me I couldn't come on post & had to do an appeal packet for the future. All thanks because of my old unit 82nd aps @ Travis AFB! 349th fss also. Worst place in the world!

No interest in providing any information. No signage to advise what needed to be done. As bad as it gets

Can someone explain to me why I roll up to a car that has already been sitting there and waited an additional 8 minutes for the guard to tell the car to go get a pass? Now I'm late for work, thanks for that.

Like & Share our reviews! ^^ Visited the center in order to receive a pass for visiting the Aviation Museum on base. The desk clerk was professional, efficient & straight forward with what we needed to do step-by-step. Bring an ID, fill out paperwork, submit, wait for a pass.

Has me fill out paperwork work then tells me system is down. Then as I'm leaving tells me to have lic. and pass out, after I had put it away. Just felt could have had someone in the office that was more people friendly. She didn't have good people skills.

They need to update their system. I was there with my son three different times trying to get a pass. The system was down the first time. We waited for two hours and they couldn't get it up and and running. We came back the next day to try again and the system went down right before it was my son's turn to get his i.d. We had to come back again the following day. It was ridiculous.
