I called to complain about one of their buses their charter buses, you can tell it’s brand new it was nice. What I seen of it. I was going 80 on the interstate and this bus was going in excess speed of 90 mph Or more. I tried to catch up with them and I was going over 90 mph. And they were still pulling away from me. I called the company to let them know because there was no bus number visible. And this lady was rude and completely dismissed my call about this bus driving like this. All she wanted to tell me was that they are set at 75 which they called this governed that it is governed at 75. And then it couldn’t have been that fast. There’s ways around that govern everybody knows this. I would not recommend riding with anyone at this company

We used Camelot to take a band trip to Orlando and were very satisfied with our experience. Our buses were nice and clean, and Mr. Mingo was a great driver. He communicated with us very well, and when our AC went out temporarily, he did everything in his power to get it fixed. I highly recommend Camelot and Mr. Mingo as your driver.

Our family was heading to Huntsville from Columbus, Ga with a stop in Atlanta to pick up family for a 3 day family reunion. The bus company we originally chartered with placed us in a subpar bus because it broke down outside of Atlanta en route to Huntsville. We were delayed over 3 hours while the other company tried to get a replacement bus. Fortunately, Camelot Bus Company came to our rescue with Mike as the driver. He was a Godsend! Not only was he professional, kind and efficient, he was an excellent driver!!! Our family loved him and the service he provided to get us to our destination and back home again was superb. Thank you Mike and Camelot Tours for your excellent service!!!

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. We rented a bus for a rehearsal dinner in August to go from the Barn at Shady Lane to the Club. The bus showed up way too hot for anyone to sit in. It was hotter in the bus than outside. They told us that the AC just needed time to get going because they hadn’t had it turned on and going beforehand to prepare which was a mistake and poor planning on their part. We then were told it was actually broken after we had been waiting for 20 minutes so we had to find alternate transportation and get Ubers for everyone. This caused the whole wedding party to be late to the rehearsal and the bus driver and company had no answers and no solutions for us. We finally got them to tell us they will get us alternate transportation back from the rehearsal dinner but it was not the bus we had originally planned. When we talked to them about solving this issue they refused to give a refund for even half of it. I would not recommend this to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and use another company or just Uber. Anything to avoid Camelot Charters

We should have listened to the reviews!

We booked a Camelot bus 3 months out to take 40 students to camp. We had paid everything we needed to and had everything scheduled. They cancelled on us 16 days before our camp because they accidentally double-booked. This obviously put us in a huge bind, and they made no attempt to reconcile the situation. I recommend using someone else.

They don't pa there drivers ,he finds away to bet you out of your pay ,if you can find him on payday .He will find something wrong with the bus or dump truck n say you did it ,these people are a real peace of SH-T

Your driver's should take thier passengers and other motorists safety more seriously!!
Just witnessed one of your drivers push into another lane, making a suv have to move halfway into a turn lane to force them to let him over because he didn't want to wait his turn to merge over in road construction. Tag #1195003 in Boaz Al, Feb 8th 2024
