Mixed on service stars. Front desk in evening was great. Night manager exceptional. Morning woman was a troll. Rude, assuming, acting as if bothering her. Not very hospitable at all. Rooms very clean and nice. Pool heater was out but night manager was great about it. Breakfast had alot to be desired, did get near end though. Coffee good but front desk woman, in the morning acted like it was trouble getting coffee cups. She acted inconvenienced to do so. Upon checking out was asking questions she said you talking to me. When asking about Hyatt club for daughters room and checking out of mine. She assumed wife was daughter and check out my daughters room also. She seemed bothered and too busy to listen. She was rude! If grandkids were not with me would have gone off and asked for manager. Stayed April 5th to 6th 2025. Again girl clerk at night was great as was manager.

If you're looking for a slightly above average Motel 8, this is your place. The towels were thin, the beds were uncomfortable, the staff was not helpful and the list goes on. Specifically, the toilet didn't flush properly, the door wouldn't close without a solid slam and the front desk staff was unable to resolve an obvious billing error. Spend the extra $$ for the garden hotel across the street. You won't regret it.

The parking fee you have to pay is an absolute joke. The idea of having to pay to park in an uncovered, unsecured parking lot at this location is nothing more than an additional cash grab. This is NOT a constrained downtown of a major city. There is plenty of space.

Very slimy way of artificially advertising a lower per night rate.

Remove this ridiculous charge, and this turns into a 5-star.

I was charged twice for my stay and no one was willing or able to help me with my issue. I showed multiple people my bank statements and the answer I kept receiving was either the manager isn’t there or there’s nothing I can do about it. The front desk girls, management, and customer service was no help. I was charged nearly $800 for a three night stay. I was given tiny pool towels in my bathroom and breakfast was a mess. Another person in my party had their room canceled in the middle of our trip…

The room was acceptable, as was the breakfast. However, one the front staff women was not very friendly or helpful. Also the payment for the parking was not explained very well and it ended up costing me over $30. I did appreciate the efficiency of the cleaning staff.

The hotel staff is great, the rooms are nice. I stayed in a suite and loved it. There are so many good food options nearby too and things to do! Book stores, trampoline parks and walking paths too!

Room could of been cleaned better. We had went down to get all new bed covers. Grace was very polite and helpful. We did change the sheets and blankets. And the bathroom shower and sink was blah. Service was great though. Won't be back because of the dirty room.

I had the opportunity to stay here on 11/9. The room was spacious, clean, well kept. Rooms were quiet. Had a great sleep. Breakfast was decent.
However, the guests found out that morning we were stuck in the hotel due to a 5k occurring outside. I don't know if the hotel wasn't made aware, but guests weren't given a paper in the rooms stating for us to leave the hotel before 6:45 am or be stuck until 10 am. I heard the manager on the phone speaking to the police to allow their airport shuttle through so I appreciated her trying to advocate for the guests. Several of us missed our flights and had to rebook. I wish we would have been informed prior to, but I'm not sure if the hotel was fully aware of the event. Whoever scheduled the event and the Florence PD should have left a lane open to allow all FOUR hotels on that road access to leave, especially since several of us were flying out of CVG!
