With such a great vacation and such a great itinerary, it's hard to know where to begin, so I will begin at the beginning. As with most international fights, the day can be long and exhausting. Flying into Marco Polo in Venice, Italy is in itself concerning because you have to take a shuttle to get to any sort of transportation that will take you outside the city. My wife, who has never traveled outside the U.S. had expressed a concern that with 2 weeks' worth of luggage in tow, we would have to take a shuttle to the train station, and a train to the next depot, and transfer a couple times along the way. This was not appealing and not the way to start a trip.
After we had gathered our luggage and headed out to face the unknown, to our amazement and pleasant surprise, Rich at Greenway Travel Group had secured a private driver for us. Not only was the driver standing outside to door holding a sign with our names on it, but he loaded us up, gave us a refreshment and took us to the front door of our final destination.
Rich knew the transportation, transfers, and dragging luggage was a concern and made sure it was one less thing for us to worry about. We can't say thanks enough! I have said it before, but this is the detail, exceptional service, and attention to the little things that have made us a lifelong customer at Greenway Travel Group.
The vacation, cruise ship, amenities, ports, staff, every piece of our vacation was exceptional. Rich mapped out our stays before and after, booked reservations at local restaurants, hotels, gave us information and locations on getting tickets for city tours, and so much more. When Rich and Greenway Travel Group say they are a full-service travel partner, those are not just words. Rich was great at checking in on a regular basis, wanted pictures, updates, and personal reviews for his future customers as well. Every time we spoke, text, or emailed, his question never changed - "Is there anything else I can do you make you vacation even better?"

Who needs a travel agent? That's what I thought when I started planning a little cruise for myself. Well, I'll tell you - the difference with what I would've put together and what Greenway Travel put together is like a 5th grade baseball team and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Dream Vacations is so aptly named because the service was so incredible. Everything was taken care of and the follow up messaging was incredible throughout the pre-trip, trip, and post-trip. What a tremendous service they provided me and I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Rich was extremely helpful planning our very first cruise, and a 10 day cruise at that. He walked us through the entire process and provided all the details. He checked in with us weekly before our cruise making sure we had everything we needed or to answer any questions we may have thought of, even sent us a care package before our cruise. This guy knows what he's doing. We came with unique requests for our honeymoon trip and Rich delivered. The vacation was beautiful and since everything had been already taken care of for us prior to even leaving, it was such a relaxing experience. Everything from the room, the flights, the rental car, the sightseeing, etc was handled for us to perfection. Even when we requested a change right before the trip, he made it happen for us.
