We used this Bus company in October 2024, the best trip ever, best customer service from Ines and the very Best Bus Driver, Anatoliy, better known as Tony. So very accommodating, helpful but mostly very caring. We have used Tony for 3 of our past trips, usually ranging from 7-10 days. It doesn’t get any better having Tony as your driver.

Let me just say my experience was great. We used the bus and on Christmas Eve. My family loved the bus it was clean and spacious. Prudie was wonderful with booking and kept me informed every step of the way. What made the experience go from good to great was the driver TOBY was absolutely amazing. He made us feel like he was part of the family very friendly, accommodating and he drove safe and still got us there fast. Thank you 😊

I've used Best Trails and Travel to Travel to Washington DC, Boston, Upstate Binghamton and Ithaca. The drivers are good and punctual. The buses that I been are 2020 and newer.
