Truly the most honest and quality folks I've ever met! A local business that cares about their customers and treats them incredibly well. I had to take my car to another shop due to being out of town, and the other place quoted me a large chunk of change along with multiple other repairs. However, I was able to get the vehicle to Flood's prior to getting the repairs done, and I learn from Bob that I was overcharged nearly 50% by the other place, along with getting sold repairs that I didn't need yet. Needless to say, I'm immensely grateful for Flood's. I drive nearly an hour out of my way just to come here, and I will continue to do so for a long time because of how fantastic they are! Shoutout to Bob, Steve, Cullen, etc. 🙂

Such an awesome small town service station. I was traveling and had a belt go out on my truck. They were open early on a Saturday morning and were willing and able to replace the belt quickly at a good price. And it was a PITA belt. Thanks!

This past January, I needed brakes in my car replaced. They worked, but were failing and I was concerned. I was visiting my elderly grandmother (I live 11 miles away). She said I'll call Flood's. I was like "I don't know it's Saturday afternoon." They aren't going to look at it now. Monday. She's like, "No, I will call". So anyway they said that they were closing, but if I could come straight down they would stay open. So, they took my car for a ride and came back and put it on the hoist and told me that my brakes needed replacing, but it was safe to drive for the immediate future. They said that I couldn't get in with them for 2 weeks, but assured me that it was safe to drive for at least a month. They named other local garages to take it to ( I'm local, I know all the garages). I just thought it was honest and I appreciated it, plus staying open late. And the banter. "I thought your aunt was the hottest girl in class." "Is your grandmother ninety yet, because we're making a list of all the people in Eden that are ninety." Yeah, I said and he wrote it on the list and showed me the others. The loose candy bars for $1.00 each (written in black marker) in an old 6Pack cardboard bottom. I hadn't been in there in 30+ years. I will definitely do business with them again. Full service when they are open. Otherwise, you know how to self serve. You don't EVER see that anymore. Mayberry. Oh and my break replacement charge was $325. 👌👍

The fellows at Flood Oil truly remind me of the gas stations when I was growing up: people who really care for you and your car and devote themselves honestly and sincerely with the customer's total satisfaction in mind. You'll be hard-pressed to find a dedicated crew of their equal in the Fox River Valley.

The workers at Flood Oil are honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in vehicle repair and maintenance. I had a problem with a warning light showing up on my dashboard and without an appointment Bob Flood took the time to see what was wrong and explained things to me. He fixed the problem and also suggested I get my tires rotated which I had not yet done and was extremely overdue. I made an appointment for the following week and they took my car in right on time. All the workers are so friendly. I felt like I knew them forever. The customers stopping in are wonderful too. I felt like I was in a shop back during the “good old times” but it’s still going on at Flood Oil in Eden.
