I had the pleasure of staying at The Haven Oct 10 -17,2018. I was in the balcony suite. I enjoyed my self so much. The place made me smile! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, pots and pans, everything you need to cook a full meal. I enjoyed the living room with the lake view. The bed was comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. I look forward to staying there again next October. Thank you Sara for making my visit so pleasant.

We stayed here for the Christmas week and it was perfect for our family. It was great to have a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the wifi worked great, and my wife loved the decor. Thanks Sara for a great stay!!

Great location in downtown Algoma with several restaurants and local points of interests within blocks. Nice clean room which feels more like a small apartment versus a hotel. I was very pleased with my stay and recommend The Haven to anyone staying in Algoma.

Sara is a great owner. Its nice that they offer a dog friendly place in downtown Algoma within short walking distance of most of the local attractions and venues.

Called twice with no answer so I booked a room online. Then I finally get a response from the owner that the room was already booked and she had nothing else available. Now my family has nowhere to stay and cannot take our vacation to Door County.
