The lady at the desk was super helpful, very nice and gave great tips and tricks and must see when in Dubuque. They also have public restrooms which was great too. You can also pick up free brochures and buy some souvenirs here too.

Honestly we really expected somebody that would be helping us out two other girls ended up coming in and Karen completely walked away from my partner in myself and ignored us just like we weren’t there. even though we were in the process of doing a transaction and asking questions very disappointed That was our first experience thanks Karen
