The best thing I liked about my State is the shower. I love the shower pressure and I loved the products of hair and body soap. I was glad they had a microwave and refrigerator even though I didn’t have to use it. It would’ve been nice to have another mirror in the bedroom area. Other than that I really enjoyed staying there. The fact that the pool was closed.

Great value. Very clean room, loved the shower. Room was a bit small but we're just there to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Pool area was closed, but lots to do in Burlington so overall a great stay. Have family in the area. Will definitely stay there again.

The entrance is a little confusing as there is a daycare sharing the same plot of the land and the driveways are right next to each other with no clear marking/ sign for either to differentiate.
One of the first things I noticed was the hot tub was out of order. Someone else commented that they said the hot tub just went out of order, but I can verify that the hot tub has been out of order for a minimum of six months probably much longer. I don't believe there's any intention to fix it.
I'm confused as to where the money goes because they charge more nightly than the nicer AmericInns in the nicer towns but provide less accommodations. 🙁
The pool has been out of order for at least a month now and addition to the hot tub.
The rooms do not have bathtubs. I repeat, no bathtubs. So when you've been on a long drive or a long day at work and you really just want to soak your tired bones in a hot bath, that is not possible here.
They also have second floor rooms but no elevator. When I come it's for several days so I have a lot of luggage and I also have bad arthritis and even if I put in a comments to please get a ground level four due to my bad knees I still get put on the second floor, with no elevator, and all these items to carry.
There is no workout room.
I do agree with another review that the bathrooms are too small to even shut the door.
You can't even sit on the toilet and shut the door because your knees are in the way. You have to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door and then go sit on the toilet. And then repeat the process to get the door open.
You have to get fully in the shower in order to turn the water on and get it to your desired temperature 😳😳
Some of the shower heads are so high you can't move the shower flow out of the way in order to do this, and some are fixed in place.
Front desk staff are pleasant and seem always available.

This hotel is absolutely horrible. Upon checking in, the front desk staff appeared to be taking a nap in the back room.
The room and bedding themselves were extremely dated and barely clean. The pool was not clean, and not heated at all in the middle of the winter.
We didn't feel safe at this hotel and certainly would not recommend to anyone!

So we checked in with a 2 night stay. When we arrived there was a long black air on the hair conditioner bottle, a giant ball of black hair in the bathroom, and a black hair on the bathroom sink. We left mid day for an event and came back at 11pm and the room still was not cleaned. It looked like all they did was collect the towels, nothing else was done or cleaned. Would never stay again.

The room we stayed in smelled like vomit. We saw ants in lobby. The bathroom door was broke so one of our guests got locked in the bathroom. I didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness at all. Needs to be updated especially for what we paid per night.

We stayed here because I couldn't get a room at the Hampton Inn. This was the next closet to where we needed to be. We looked at prior reviews and it was mixed. We got to stay in a newly renovated room. The bathroom is small. The shower was a good size with a rain shower head very nice. However the bathroom was small you stand in the shower to close the door or straddle the toilet. My son was concerned about the bed bug reviews. So he checked the bed really well. There were NO bedbugs. The desk chair had a broken arm so we didn't use it. The place was quiet no loud other guests. The place was very clean.

You get what you pay for. Gross rooms disgusting breakfast, pretty sure it was several days old, just reheated. Supposedly, the pool and hot tub just broke, and they're waiting for parts. but I'm pretty sure I saw frogs in this algae scum pool. Gross
