Sabin came out and took care of our septic system. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable on our system on stuff we didn't know since we had our system for 30 years. Sabin was really a nice person to talk to and made the information easy to understand. He didn't make you feel stupid of information we were never told. I would highly recommend PATS for service and Sabin to come out and do an outstanding job!! The receptionist was also very nice and set up an appointment within a week when we called. Thanks Sabin and PATS!!

I hope PATS sees this and gives BLUE SHIRT MAN A RAISE! I just watched him pump and get the porta potties on the trailer In about 15 minutes! After "a day in the country" in Rochester, WI; I'm sure those were full. He did it all by himself and did it with ease!

If BLUE SHIRT MAN doesn't get a raise, I hope at least this send good vibes his way. We don't have many hard workers like that anymore and he got it done! The other guy in the picture did help but BLUE SHIRT MAN man-handled that porta potty and got it done. Please give BLUE SHIRT MAN A RAISE! Thank you PATS for your services!

I needed my septic tanks pumped to fix a problem with the motor/pump. Pat's came out next day to service my needs. I will be using Pat's in the future. Very nice people who work there as well, from the office personnel to the technicians. Highly recommended.

Derek was very nice, helpful and patient since it’s our first home with a holding tank. Will use PATs for my future pumping services. He came out within hours as well

I used PATS for about two years to service our holding tank, and they were generally courteous and helpful. About two weeks ago, I had an issue with them where I believe I was charged for a service that I did not receive. I called them for an explanation, and rather than looking into the matter, they gave me a laundry list of farfetched explanations and insinuated I was lying to avoid paying an invoice. Lastly, they referenced me to Evergreen, where I will be taking my business. I cannot recommend PATS, based on their customer support.

Picked up my portapotty over a month late, and billed me for it. When I ordered it I told them when I needed it gone, they must not have written It down. Cleaning services was good though, was serviced constantly.

If you're looking for a porta potty for a private event around the burlington area PATS is THEE place. I called several different companies in my area. Pats is by far the most reasonably priced. The personnel who answered the phone were wonderful to speak with. The other company's I spoke within the area wanted double the price, added a delivery fee charge and were not as friendly on the phone. A few others wouldn't even service my area.

We just had Derek from PATS inspect & pump our septic tank and he was professional, kind, quick, clean, and so helpful. Not only was he extremely patient, he also explained how our septic system worked so we could understand it and maintain it properly, helping us out in the long run, too. He looked out for us and he knows his trade, which says a lot about himself and the company. Great company to work with. Thanks Derek & thank you PATS!
