Needed a quick stop over after a long day of traveling. Hotel, lobby and even room looked really nice. We always check for bed bugs before taking luggage into room. Everything looked good until it didn't. After being in the room for awhile we found bed bugs! When I told the desk clerk he did not seemed surprised
He did , however, offer another room. We checked that room before moving and found bugs there also. We asked for large trash bags and bagged our stuff up before putting in our car. We were told we would get a refund but that does not make up for all of the time and money spent cleaning and sanitizing our belongings and car to be sure we didn't take bed bugs home. Just beware... they spread easily

I was surprise what I get for the cost of my stay. The room wasn't smelly. It was very clean and modern, just like the ad pictures. The bed very comfortable and pillows were extra fluffly. The only bad was the dirty carpet. Staff super friendly! I highly recommed this hotel, especially at this price.

Nice place with a quiet room and a friendly staff. Breakfast was good with yogurt, cereal, milk, two kinds of juice, oatmeal packets, mini pankaces with syrup and honey buns. They also had bananas and tangerines! The room was clean. This is definitely a nice place and located in a good part of town.

We stayed one night during the week of nationals when we played in Harrison. Staff was very friendly, had a pre check in link that made things go quicker. Rooms were clean, beds comfy. Pool was open and clean. Loved the deep bath tub. Location is great as it sits in the middle of town, surrounded by eating options, coffee, etc. We would stay here again.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS CORPORATE FRANCHISEE. Here is why....

1. The General Manager is extremely unhelpful.
2. They would not let me rebook....even after hearing my life or death situation and physical inabilities, because they didnt like the way I am religious.
3. I was booked in a room where every imaginable code was being violated, it seems.
a. There were biohazardous blood clots.

b. staples on the ground that a child could swallow

c. Living bugs in my room, most likely disease ridden

D. Blackish mold in the vents and AC unit
(Sidenote-I have hypersensitive biology long story....farely interesting

E. The showers were soooo slippery I almost fell 3-4 times

F. There is much much much more

All in all...this is the absolute worst business I have ever patronized. They would not do anything to compensate for them placing me within an environment that is poison for me, laughed about the code violations, and said they were the KKK and I better watch out....

Like wow....really, being multi religous with a core of Native American Blackfoot belief system that is concurrent with the Holy Trinity, in His name we pray for safety and peace when it comes to secure lodging

So instead of a remedying the situation they made me move with my cripple leg about 150lbs of gear....forced to ruck....and my priceless jewelry and a masterpiece I have been working on ever since joining the peacefully pleasent Rainbow Family...not associated with the original Gay Pride movement.....which they have culturally appropriated the rainbow and pulled it further away from peacefulness and unification as people, humanimals, sheeple, whatever you want to call it....

I am now forced to spend a week and a half
Praying/Meditating/Cosmo-Surfing, etc in a transitional state....just to pull out all the negative agents placed within the memory of my gems anf crystals

So......if you go here, just know they are obviously not God Fairing and seem to only carr about the bottom dollar.

Bed bugs in room 102. Saw a other resident also having the same problem. Management is absolutely abhorrent. Talking 1 whole week to refund me my funds after staying there for 3 days for independence day. Had to treat all my personal effects for bed bugs personally. While I have to work. I just want the money for the room back but Management is sorely lacking. This place should be shut down. Not to mention the entire room smelled of mildew.... so disappointed..

I hesitantly came downstairs to buy a mountain dew from the vending machine with a somewhat rare $1 bill known as a star note. When I put it in the machine, it went in just fine, tho I was having issues with a regular dollar bill previous. When I pushed the button, it dropped the can but got caught in the machine. I then asked the clerk for assistance, and he kindly did his best in this awkward situation. Knowing that the bill I used was the star note and the machine just happened to malfunction. I was sort of worried about being suspicious. I was thinking he would suspect counterfeit. So when I figured out I wasn't going to get my Mountain Dew and my special note is now in that machine, I wanted to accept a dollar in quarters and just go to my room. When I got to my door, I realized I didn't have my wallet the I was sure I had it when I left because of the vending machine scene. The man nicely took the risk of being scammed of a dollar and paid me. I have left things lying on counters before, and I actually left my vape on his counter during the scene and walked off to my room and got to my room I can't find it or my wallet. I should have just asked the clerk for a key card to look in my room. When I walked down to ask him if I left my wallet expecting to find it, I was let down only finding my vape. Thinking of the recent situation, it looked potentially suspicious of me. I should have asked him for access to my room, instead I accused him of stealing my wallet because I had one more dollar bill in it. The dollar bill is another star note. A star note is legal tender tho the star is associated with an error in the minting process. The star was placed as the last digit of the serial number of the bill. This I was confident but was worried and when I came to the clerk I was sure he took the wallet for the dollar and therefore couldn't give my wallet back, but also didnt want to just go at him like i just knew he did it. When I went to talk to him I was at a loss of words. In that situation I just wanted to get it out of my mouth so I told him I was suspecting he stole my wallet because of the incident earlier. Again I should have approached the man differently and I came across like a bully. We argued while I was trying to tell him why I was suspicious of him he finally made me a key card and we went in the room and my wallet was right where I keep it. I assumed I had it when I clearly didn't and I wrongly accused this guy for no reason when all I needed to do was the obvious and check my room. Over a rare one dollar bill that's not really worth anything more than face value, I was worried about losing it. The situation has been peacefully resolved and many apologies to the clerk was given along with the four quarters he gave me and in return, a witness of the needless incident was a soft buffer between the man who appeared to be hurt by the accusations and didn't want to talk to me. The witness was a huge help as well. After we settled down, the other man got my note for me. After all of this he accepted my apology

I’ve stayed here a lot. You get what you pay for. A bed and ac. The mini fridges freeze what ever you put in them. The king size singles are more comfortable than the queen doubles. Breakfast is honeybuns or cold cereal. They used to have a waffle maker but it’s been gone since Covid. But it’s clean and relatively cheap
