Many washers were out of order and a lot of the dryers didn't work, others were missing buttons for clothes with color, some of the dryers also didn't put out enough heat to dry my stuff. I wasted so many quarters getting my clothes dry since this is the only laundromat in town I couldn't go to another, the bathroom is also filthy with water (at least I hope it was water) all over the floor. One of the dryers even ate one of my quarters and didn't give me the time it was supposed to. Next time I'll just make the drive to one of the chilhowie laundromats, I've been to them and they do better than here. I hoped this one would save me time doing laundry since it's closer but boy was I wrong.

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid $4.50 for a big boy wash, and when I got my clothes out of the wash, they smelled like someone had poured gasoline all over them.

Most of the equipment is inoperable, the dryers will work great for 1 load and then the 2nd load you run through it will come out cold and wet. I'll ride on to chilhowie from now on

Machines take money. No hot water. It would be nice if the big boy machines worked. This place needs some improvements. I know it would be expensive but it's needed.

Most of the equipment is out of order or wanted your money. I've had to rewash clothes because a machine didn't work and had no sign.

More than half of the washers are out of order (some with signs saying out of order and some with the doors ripped off) and several others are crusty and gross. The ones that do work are decent, including a big triple loader. Cheapest wash load available is $1.75, double loaders are $2.25. Dry time is 25¢ per 5 minutes. It's not the worst laundromat I've been to, but it is in need of a deep clean overall. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting: avoid if at all possible.

They also hypothetically offer dry cleaning and drop off laundry service (wash and fold) 7am - 6pm each day, but it's near impossible to find a staff member to get started. Signs all over the store say do not start wash after 9pm or dryers after 9:30pm and that any clothes left at closing will be available at the office the next day.

Half washers don't work dryers don't get hot . And we spent about 17 dollars to do 3 loads of close .

Been going last 3 months, same washers still not repaired. Today put washers on hot and now hot water just cold. Still a lot of broken washers, large ones.
