Tour Plan International values its customers and delivers excellent service. I recently had to cancel a booking for a cruise scheduled to begin in June. When the pandemic broke out I decided to cancel going on the cruise. At that point I had paid in full for everything. I had no idea if I would get any funds returned. The travel agent I worked with, Kissy Gordon, worked hard to make sure I received refunds on everything possible. And she did it! She followed up on everything. I did not have to do a thing. I received refunds for everything.
Kissy provided excellent service.

The guide that Tour Plan provided for us in Rome was amazing! Tour Plan also helped us choose our sites and visit times wisely since we had kids in tow. We were able to navigate the Colosseum, Forum and Vatican Museums with our guide and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it despite the heat last July. 5 stars!
