Amazing staff! Unfortunately a severe weather event/tornado impacted the hotel during the early morning. Mitch calmly and clearly advised worried guests and suggested spaces for safety. The next morning maintenance was immediately cleaning up damage and housekeeping worked a very long day to turn over rooms from people that departed to accommodate locals needing a place. The pure essence of teamwork and professionalism by this staff.

The hotel itself is very nice. Spacious rooms with plenty of amenities. Pool is standard, plenty of washer/dryer, decent fitness room. Nice large lobby with TV's. Everything was as expected for the Home2Suites and Hilton brand. Would definitely return to this hotel.

It’s a great place to stay! The bed was super comfy the sheets were soft and so were the pillows. The rooms are HUGE with a kitchen included so it was too much space for me but fine for a night. The shower pressure was great and warm and enough space. The breakfast is included and the waffles are great! Decent location close to downtown!

Mid scale basic hotel that is great for families. Our two queen bed room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel decor is basic but modern and the facility is well kept. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked. The offerings are your typical hotel food offerings but the quality was subpar. I felt like the hotel was a good value and would definitely return.

From the moment you walk in the doors, the space is big and open. Plenty of seating. As well as complimentary coffee and hot chocolate station available to the left as you walk in.||There is a variety of things to choose from in the hotel “store” if you forgot anything from home, or are just wanting a snack.||The breakfast area, while has a good variety is not very well thought out as far as space. It is all along one wall and gets very crowded and congested pretty easily. There are a few tables right in front of the area and members of those families were standing up and blocking access to get to part of the breakfast area. The is seating in the main lobby just a few steps away that I think would be better utilized for seating. That was just my opinion and experience and could be different for someone else.||The parking lot and property around the hotel seemed safe. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, otherwise you need to drive. This isn’t a negative for the hotel but getting back onto the road is a pain if you are turning left because traffic is constant. ||I booked this hotel for the proximity to the Bentonville Arkansas Temple which is just two exits past the temple, only a few miles and very convenient.||The hotel is close to several restaurants and shopping by just a quick drive down the road.||I stayed on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. I didn’t have any issues. The room was clean and very spacious, offering a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. There was also a nice sitting area.||The bathroom was gorgeous. A nice walk in shower and spacious area to get ready. I even loved how the drain for the shower was at the front and not a round drain right in the middle of the space (I am a little weird like that lol)

I have stayed here for 10 weeks for an internship. They come to clean my room every other day, my room is always clean and smells fresh. No complain.

My Aunt booked ahead of time using her points for my family's stay.  When we arrived (it was late and we were tired after a 5.5 hrs drive), We were told that they HAD the reservation but overbooked and didn't have the room we booked available.  That's not how reservations work.  They knew how to TAKE the reservation, they just didn't know how to HOLD the reservation. I was told that due to the inconvenience and confusion, we would receive a discount for the room that WAS available. If $378 is a discount for one night, I'd hate to pay full price ?And to think you did ME a favor by giving a discount on a "better, upgraded" room. When it was in fact NOT better because it was not the room I chose for a reason. So, it was very inconvenient for me at one am, to now have to makeup a pull out for my son, instead of him getting the premade queen. And would definitely say it wasn't worth it. We had to search every nook, cranny, cabinet and drawer for bedding for the pull out, make the bed (again $378 for the night, I want my bed made and ready)  The remotes didn't work on the TVs, the sliding barn style door to the bathroom FELL OFF THE TRACK  and the water was luke warm. Then, to top it off, the "reservation" did not show it was to be paid for with her points. (This I was actually OK with because I did want to pay for my own room, I did not want my aunt using her points.) However, it just adds to the proof that this Hotel is  completely unprofessional and unorganized

When you leave the room, take your bags with you every time. I discovered some of my clothes I packed were missing after I arrived home. I called and reported the event and asked to check the camera and I was told that the manager will get back with me. Of course I never heard back. They will take one or two items from your bag so you do not notice. Be careful with this hotel

Always Clean and comfortable. We got in late and used our phones as the key, so no need to waste time checking in.
