If I could give 6 stars I would. We came here today as a family of 4. Me, my mom, my dad and my sister. We paid about 35$ per person. Now this was all day unlimited admission to bowling, amusement rides, laser tag and everything else except the arcade, now the arcade we got 10 free credits on our wristbands and played some games. We could have got more credits but decided to save more fun for next time. The bowling alley was only 5 frames which was plenty for us. Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Very clean as well. Bathrooms spotless as well. Go kart track was a lot of fun . We can’t wait to return in the summer for the outdoor activities such as water park, mini golf and outdoor rides. We traveled around an hr to get here and was well worth it. Take the time and come visit.

Funplex is often forgotten about in the colder months because of the popular outdoor activities but we visited in Jan. There was no line no wait around 1pm.. it was a smooth entry and tickets were purchased online. Fun facts.. online you can use Klarna IFKYK!! We had a short wait time to access rides and the kids had a blast. By the time we left around 5. The lines were almost wrapped around themselves.. we had fun on the rides and bowled our 1hr at the very end. Adults* The frozen margaritas are perfect if you indulge.. and the food was so tasty!! Highly recommend. Even on Adult only nights!

I had a absolute blast the manager Brandon was phenomenal. I’ve never had anybody accommodate me and my family so well the park was clean. The bowling alley was extraordinary. Even the pool was not crowded. The kids got to enjoy the water park along with the rides very friendly staff and the food was really great. My kids enjoyed the pizza. I really enjoyed the arcade wasn’t super expensive. It was definitely one of the best summer vacation places I would recommend to anybody.

We had a super fun holiday weekend in the Philly area with fam! Tried out the Funplex in Mt. Laurel, NJ now that my niece and nephew are a little older/taller (ages 5 and 7) - they were a little too short for some rides (hence the upset look on my nephew’s face since he couldn’t drive the go kart), but they got to do plenty - had a blast in the water park there on their opening day (nearly 85 degrees and sunny), rode many of the outdoor and indoor rides (not too many lines except one of the water slides and the go karts), played laser tag and some arcade games - ran out of time to play mini golf and bowling. The staff was super patient when my niece changed her mind about a toy. Knocked a star off since they didn’t really have veg food options, but we were able to leave the park and come back in - went to Saladworks down the street and the kids got Rita’s water ice too. The laser tag also seemed to glitch as 2 green team vests stayed red the whole game so caused confusion at times, my 5 yr old niece was esp upset since it was her first time, but we still had fun. Def recommend it as it was fun for both the kids and adults, and overall a good value if you spend a whole day! Note, the tix were about $1.50 cheaper online per person.

I visited on a Saturday around 3 pm, and unfortunately, the experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The lines were incredibly long—40 minutes for the go-karts and 20 minutes for bumper cars, which was frustrating considering the price.

I was also uncomfortable with the policy of leaving all personal belongings, including my small cross-body bag, in a bin at the entrance of the attractions. It felt unsettling to have to leave everything behind, especially in a crowded area.

To make matters worse, several arcade games were out of order, which was disappointing given the variety of games available on paper.

However, the most unpleasant part of the experience was the lack of supervision for the children. I witnessed multiple kids running around unsupervised, using foul language, and making inappropriate gestures. This behavior escalated when we entered the laser tag area. We were paired with a group of 5 unsupervised children, aged about 7-9, who were cursing at us and our children. One child even told us he wished the laser tag guns were real so he could shoot us in the head. This completely ruined the experience for us, and I feel there should be more attention to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all guests.

Overall, I was disappointed with the experience, especially considering the safety and comfort of visitors should be a priority. I won’t be returning unless I hear that these issues are addressed.

I booked a birthday party for my child, and it was my first time ever being there. A week before the event, I called to upgrade my package from "Pick 3" to the "Ultimate Party." I specifically asked the staff member on the phone if a private room would be included with the upgrade, and she assured me it would be. I made this change to accommodate one of my guests.

However, when I arrived for the party, I was placed in a shared party room and told there were no private rooms available. To make matters worse, my guests were given wristbands for the "Pick 3" package instead of the unlimited ride wristbands. As a result, my son and his friends were only able to go on three rides for half of the party.

When I sought a resolution, I had to speak with three different staff members, as the first two simply repeated, "we don't do refunds." It wasn’t until I spoke to a third employee that any accommodations were made. I am extremely disappointed—there was no structure to the experience, and I pretty much paid an additional $300.00 for nothing. I will use the day pass they offered, but will not be coming back after that.

Staff was not welcoming and appeared confused on how to create an inviting and efficient atmosphere. Not worth the toddler price. Little to zero accommodations made for children who pay 19$ for 36 inches. Lines had less than 20 ppl per attraction but took almost 45 minutes to get through due to poor trained staff. Not worth it.

We took my 7 yrs old granddaughter to enjoy indoor activities during the cold stretch. She loved that she could ride most of the rides and play the games. There was also a ball pit. What we enjoyed most was our hour of free bowling, which was part of the package. My granddaughter came in 2nd because we had bumpers set up to prevent gutter balls. I noticed that many were enjoying pizza, soft and hard beverages as well. It was a fun time. It was noticeably clean, even the bathrooms, with lots of guests.
