We did the historic Philadelphia tour with our 14-year old son who said it was ‘great’. So you know that is high praise! Adam was our guide and with a masters in history, his knowledge was deep, informative and fun. The electric van is small enough to navigate the old city’s narrow alleys and convenient to hop on/off for photo ops. It was a great overview of the City, its history, culture and of course, Rocky! Adam personalized to our interests and gave recommendations for restaurants & museums to go back and check out. Parking was easy at the Independence Hall underground garage & communication and meet-up a breeze. Cannot recommend enough, book now!

This is an absolute must if seeing Philly for the first time. Tom was our guide and he was so knowledgeable, funny, and wanted to make sure we got to see everything! He brought personal touches to the experience and made us feel welcome. Highly highly recommend!

I took the Valley Forge driving tour on 9/29/24. Rick, my guide, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and personable. Not only did he have the facts and answers to my questions he was also easy to hold a conversation with. This was a great way to spend a morning. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible tour of historical Philadelphia with Rick. He brought the facts, emotions, and stories of the early American history here in Philadelphia. His knowledge of even the small details was amazing and added so much depth to our tour. He got to know our interests and pointed out things he knew we'd be interested in. Great afternoon!

We went on a private car tour day trip from Philadelphia to tour the Amish in Lancaster county.

The good:
The guide arrived to pick us up on time in a nice car. The guide was friendly and willing to try to answer any questions we had. We learned a few new things from the tour.

The bad:
The guide was somewhat knowledgeable, but we felt his knowledge was limited. There wasn't any detailed explanation of anything in particular. The advertised Amish lunch ended being lunch at a deli and I had a BLT sandwich. The worst part of the tour was it pretty much consisted of running from one Amish shop to another. We thought we were going to experience a real Amish working farm and perhaps go into a real Amish home and interact with Amish people going about their daily lives. Instead, it ended up being a shopping trip. The one exception being the first stop at an "Amish Village", which was just a re-created Amish experience, and the tour guide was not very friendly.

Conclusion:
We enjoyed ourselves based on the different shops and market we stopped at. But considering the price and the experience, I definitely would not repeat.

About a week or two ago, I joined a historical tour of Philadelphia. My tour guide John was exceptional. His knowledge and enthusiasm made for a great learning experience. He was professional but personable, always made sure the group was together and asked if we had any questions. I really enjoyed learning about the Quakers. If you have time, I highly recommend this tour for history lovers or anyone who wants to learn more about the early days of America in Philly. Ask for John. I can’t wait to go back and explore Philly more.

I was in Philly with my 17 year-old son. Never been before and it was an impromptu trip with very little planning. Marty texted me the night before to ascertain what we wanted to do. When we had very few ideas (did a morning tour also), Marty took it upon himself to plan a great day. It was a relaxed atmosphere and Marty was very pleasant and informative. Marty knows Philly. Ask for him - he’s great. Could not have asked for a better day.

We took the WeVenture South Philly Art Tour with Chuck and had a great and informative afternoon! My husband and I are frequently in the city, but we knew very little about the art scene. Very interesting to learn about Isaiah Zagar’s mosaics throughout South Philly and as a bonus, we got to speak with Zagar’s son as he walked out of one of the houses! We visited a few cool galleries and a small museum as well, and then ended with full admission to Zagar’s Magic Gardens. Chuck was friendly and full of knowledge, and the gallery owners were also engaging. Would recommend!
