April was the BEST GUIDE ever. She gave us a thorough orientation to the electric bikes and coached our practice run til we were comfortable.

She explained her hand signals so we would know which way to go, or stop.

The trail ride felt very safe including several commercial areas that we went through.

Her bubbly personality was refreshing and made us feel like family. I would definitely book tours with her in the future and highly recommend Big on Bentonville.
