Pauline tried to upsell a "Concierge" service for the hotel in Cancun for $2000. Would have been totally unnecessary and a rip off! Also, the Hyatt restaurants were not good as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Book your own trip and $AVE !!

Pauline was wonderful to work with when planning 16 days in France. I gave dates of where we would be throughout our trip and she took care of all the details including hotels, ground transportation, excursions and train tickets. She proactively reached out to our hotels to confirm our reservations as our trip drew near (since we booked so far in advance). She was also very responsive to emails. This was our second time using Skyland (previously was a trip to New Zealand) and we will definitely use them again.

We recently returned from 10 days in Italy. It was a wonderful trip. Susan took care of every detail, from transfers to tours and excellent hotels! She was readily available if we had any questions. We would highly recommend their services.

Susan Sinclair from Skyland World Travel has been our travel agent for 8 years. We've traveled to FL, CA, NV, MT, and Italy 3 times. Susan has recommended excellent hotels, kept our travel easy to navigate, and was always available to answer questions and give guidance. I highly recommend working with Susan!

We knew this service to be well and used them previously until a recent event earlier this year. Her service has gone down hill and does not give the level of attention and satisfaction that she once did. No one needs a travel agent in these days of internet based everything but it was chosen to use this service. I will not be using it again or recommending it to anyone. It took months to get a resolution to the problem I had and during that time there was no apologies only blame that it was not their problem.

We can't thank Elsa enough for planning the most magical honeymoon for us! From the moment we met Elsa, we could tell she has a true passion for travel and her clients! We originally mentioned that we've always wanted to travel to Europe, but for our honeymoon wanted somewhere kid-free and relaxing. Elsa came up with the perfect location for us at Sandals South Coast, which is a European village in beautiful Jamaica, we booked instantly! Elsa kept an eye on airfare costs and Sandals promotions, which helped us save hundreds of dollars. She booked our candlelight dinner, excursion and photo shoot all before we even got to the resort! Elsa even got us great rates for a car service to and from Newark airport, which was so convenient! Wedding planning is stressful, but we knew our honeymoon was in great hands with Elsa! We truly enjoyed every minute in Jamaica, and any future trips we will absolutely be booking with Elsa and the Skyland Team!

Had a pretty bad experience here. Made an appointment, when I showed up the women I was supposed to work with took a walk in customer right before I got there so I didnt even get to speak with her and she knew she had an appointment. The receptionist tried to help me... then they were supposed to call or email me with options and didnt hear back for days. And when she did email me the cruises weren't even in the months I was looking for that i told them. I reccomend liberty travel in succasuna. Went there and my trip was booked the same day

Outstanding service! Both home and abroad, they kept us on schedule with all our connections which included a variety of trains, ferries, and buses! We really enjoyed all of the resorts and hotel accommodations!
