I visited the Jim Thorpe river adventure yesterday, and thank god it was beautiful sunny day which made my day. The staffs over there are super helpful and they guide you and help you whenever you are stuck or in a difficulty while rafting. Overall the experience was very good and I highly recommend you to visit and explore the beauty of the nature.

We had a great time! The guides were knowledgeable about the area and river and love what they do so it was easy to enjoy. They are thorough on safety and give a great rafting brief before the trips. My 10yr old was a bit apprehensive and was quickly at ease. Highly recommend this Jim Thorpe River Adventures!

I recently went on a water rafting trip at Jim Thorpe River Adventure and had an amazing experience. The crew was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire day. They made sure we were well-prepared and felt safe at all times. The friendliness of the team really stood out, making the trip even more enjoyable. The scenery was breathtaking, making it a truly memorable adventure. Although it was an all-day experience, especially if you’re driving back the same day, it was well worth it. I highly recommend Jim Thorpe to anyone looking for a fun and exhilarating experience!

They were so fun. I like how thorough they are when it comes to safety and instruction. They’re also very strategic in conducting the tours and do a great job working as a team. It made me feel more comfortable with the entire experience. Will definitely be back. TJ is my fave!!! He’s so respectful and patient. We were a bossy bunch!!!

Suggestion:
I would probably place the checkin closer to the entrance. Unless you’re aware of it, you’ll totally miss it until you’re asked to turn in your tickets. They do a WONDERFUL job of placing a sign in the back over the desk. However, unless you’re looking for it, you’ll miss it.

We, of course, didn’t do the whole registration thing when we arrived. Thank good we had a wonderful group who waited patiently for us to get it done.

Bottom line: lots of fun. Amazing staff.

This was my first adventure into Whitewater rafting. They have their act together for sure. They had so many experienced people on the river with the groups. They handled every situation with expertise. It's a nice facility and have everything you need for a fabulous adventure. The lunch sandwiches that you order in advance were great. It was a very memorable event, and we'll definitely go back for seconds... Maybe even try the more adventurous trail this time around!

My husband and I took the Easy Whitewater Rafting trip on September 6th. It was our first time ever Whitewater Rafting and we had a fantastic time. Our 2 guides were amazing ( Linda and Glen) (I believe,). I have some mobility issues with my Achilles and some surgery on my hip and they frequently asked if I was comfortable in the raft and assisting with getting in and safely. They also provided a stepladder to get in and out of the van comfortably. The weather was absolutely perfect and they were very knowledgeable about the area and kept everyone from getting themselves into dangerous sections of the river. Already trying to figure out another trip as soon as we possibly can.

We had an amazing experience doing their white water rafting on the Dam release weekend. The guides made it not only safe but also very fun. If you haven't yet tried white water rafting, I really recommend trying it at Jim Thorpe Rive Adventures.

We had a great time kayaking with the group. It was a great day and wonderful experience kayaking for the first time. The guides Ron, Sandy and Jamie were amazing. They were extremely supportive and ensured we were safe and also had fun. I would definitely come back.
