We loved the tour! Captain Tommy was great. Being a retired History teacher for Hot Springs—he knew a lot of information, history and many people. I recommend this tour.

You're packed in. It's hot. The woman in front of me choked me the entire ride with her ponytail. You're PACKED IN, it wasn't her fault, but the entire ride her long hair was in my mouth, in my water..... the worst part was she literally had LICE. WE SAW BUGS CRAWLING IN HER HAIR!!!!
How was the duck tour today? Well, pretty sure I got lice. It's a Tuesday at 1pm. Did not expect the crowd or the lice. You have more room on an economy airline seat.
The tour kind of sucked too. Was a lot of here is this business and here is the cheapest place to get gas. That's not what I came for. $30 each to pick up bugs, suffer from heat stroke, and sit through a pretty boring tour. After I had to sit under the ac inside for a while, as my heart rate was 149 from the heat and fighting for my life/choking on hair and lice on the duck.

Don’t waste your money! There is absolutely nothing you learn in this tour. It is just a ride on the road and for a while in the water and all you see is a shopping mall, Kroger and Walmart and hear poor jokes along the way. I was literally yawning throughout the tour and was hoping to be done quickly.
While purchasing the ticket we were told that we will see the National Park, but you see nothing of that.
One star because there is no zero.

Wish the captain would just shut up, especially on the water. It would have been so much nicer to have some peace and quiet to enjoy the lake. But no, we had to endure the loudspeaker blaring uninteresting noise at us. Not worth it.

Not worth $30. You leave historic bathhouse row after about 2 minutes and then go on a tour of every chain restaurant, car dealer, and casino in town. We had to switch captains to one that was certified to drive in the water at the marina. Two stars because when do you get to ride in a vehicle that also goes in the water?

It was pretty nice. The tour guide was very friendly and nice but the ramp to get in the water was very steep. Overall I would recommend if you drive by hot springs

Did not get pass the admission price. $30. Per person for Hot Springs is ridiculous. Others apparently thought the same as the units stayed parked an what moved was sparce.

Captain Tommy was one of the most exciting and hilarious people that me and my wife had a Duck Tour with. I highly recommend riding on captain Tommy’s duck tour
