My family and myself have boughten tickets from this agency for over five years. The staff is incredibly helpful and always willing to help me find the best deals. They as well send messages with deals which is pretty nice. Don’t be fooled by the couple of bad reviews, they are an incredible team who are willing to make all your dreams and expectations come true.

It’s been a horrible experience doing business with them. Bad customer service and they’re not even able to fix their own mistakes. We purchased 2 round trip tickets and was charged for 4. I called to complained and asked for this to be fixed and they keep blaming it on the airline company when I know I’m Maya’s Travel customer not Delta’s. It has been six weeks and i still don’t have my money back and I’ve have had to pay interest on those invalid charges. Completely incompetent.
