The Manager and the staff were excellent and showed that they care about you enjoying your stay with them. The room was very quiet and comfortable. There is a machine in the lobby that makes the best coffee that you would get at a coffee shop. Breakfast was excellent with a variety to choose from, Faby who takes care of the breakfast made sure that everything was fresh and that you had what you needed, she was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and plan on going back again!

Front desk was friendly. Parking lot is a little tight but we lucked out and found a spot close to our rooms by the back door. Very convenient for us since we just were looking for a place to sleep close to the freeway. Breakfast was included and acceptable… neither the best nor worst I’ve had but did the trick.

I stayed for a few nights. They had high school athletes, four to a room, every night. They made tons of noise, lots of mess, a marijuana smell. It really ruined my stay. I wish they'd stop renting to Battle Mountain High School and any others. The furniture (drawer of the night stand) broke while I was there. It was obvious it had broken before and had been poorly repaired (sloppy wood glue in all the wrong places). I used a BW gift card when I booked online, but they charged my credit card the full price and the front desk shrugged and said I had to call customer service. The coffee machine in the lobby ran out of grounds and chocolate powder, which is a shame because it was a great mocha the first night. They let the cups run out too. Breakfast is a mediocre. There was expired yogurt and the milk in the fridge. I'm a Best Western Rewards member and like earning points, but I'll think twice before staying here again.

Stayed here in November, great stay! Stayed on top floor & asked to be away from everyone if we could because I have a service dog & a pet. Request granted! Normally, I stay in my camper, but I didn’t bring it this time and this was a nice respite. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The jacuzzi was DEFINITELY not hot enough, it felt more like bathwater, so we didn’t get in. The pool was nicely heated however! Hot chocolate being available was a nice touch, it was kinda chilly. Nice grass area for my dogs and an amazing staff! The rooms are a bit dated but I was staying there for a good nights sleep, and I got such a good one, I extended and stayed two nights! I was glad I pre-called and let them know. I was bringing a pet because originally I was going to book the Jacuzzi room and online it doesn’t tell you you can’t have a pet in that room. Again, great communication by the staff! Get a salt flat view, the sunrise is tremendous!

We stood there Friday night. We agreed for a rate of 145+ tax came out to 165 total when I checked my debit card Around four days later, the charge was just over 200 that is not what we agreed to on the phone. There was definitely not the clean of rooms. It’s OK if you have a dog they allow dogs. I’m sure they charge for the dog as well. I did not have a dog, but they still charges over what we agreed upon. I think that is horrible business for $200. I could’ve stood at A much nicer hotel room wasn’t very clean definitely not worth $200. Whoever gave this place a five star review those reviews were paid for.

Please don't be fooled by the positive reviews. Checked into a room from driving cross country not even 2 minutes into checking in the room teenagers from the property behind the hotel jumped the fence and banged on the window. Nothing is safe cars ect at this location.front desk called the cops and they showed up as this is an ongoing problem at this hotel. They hotel is not in the best location. We saved a headache and drove 56 miles up the road to be safe. The rooms are dirty and old.

Stayed here 3/8/25 on the way to Salt Lake area from Reno. We left Reno late and wanted to stay in Wendover for the night, because we had never really experienced Wendover. Driven through but never stopped. I did my research, and I wanted a nice room but didnt want to pay the $200+ the casinos were commanding for a room. This seemed like the best option. Turns out I picked correctly because we had a good stay.

The beds were really plush and new, and I made sure to pull the sheets on both of them to look for bedbugs, which there were no signs of. The one mattress had what looked like coffee spilled on the side of it (pretty sure it was coffee, close to the nightstand in between the beds) but no bed bug activity whatsoever. No poop, no bugs, a ok. They were super soft and we both got a good night's sleep. Much better then most places I've stayed.

The breakfast was OK, but I wasnt expecting much. Bacon, eggs, cereal, pastries etc. I smacked down some bacon, eggs, and coffee like a real man. We were here mainly to go off-roading at The Knolls and Delle and I got the fuel I needed from that.

To be honest yes, the junkyard and the trailer park kids out back didnt inspire confidence in the safety of our toys on our truck. But nothing happened and life went on. Nobody got broke into and nobody had to call the cops. So win win there. The kids were outside in their backyard playing with sparklers around 11pm on a Saturday, which I would call normal. I've done a lot worse on a Saturday night at that age.

It was a 1 minute drive from Montego Bay, so of course we went gambling, and had a nice surprise with the buffet there. The price was a little rough but it was a great buffet.

10/10 would recommend. Will be staying here the next time I need a room in Wendover. Might be never, but I know where to go if I do.

Will not ever stay at this place again. Their pool was cold and absolutely no chlorine. It was murky the hot tub looked even worse. you could not see to the bottom and the gross yellow water literally smelled like pee. If a indoor pool for swimming is the reason you would stay here, I would suggest you grab a bucket and fill it with warm water because that would be more sanitary than this place. And the fact the price was the same as the Three Star casino hotels down the road really ticked me off. This place is ghetto and absolutely unsanitary.
