The bathroom was kinda small for a king size room. But all in all they are great we got there and was in the room not even an hour before we had to leave for a family emergency and they were understanding and took care of everything for us and they were really nice and polite about it when I called back because a charge was made to my account that should of been and they were quick it take care of it and apologize (the manager wasn’t at the red garter yet so they transferred me to the nugget and the lady that answered the phone is the one that made everything right for us!)

If I could give negative stars I would! Everything was fine once we checked in and got ready to hit the casinos. When we came back our key wouldn't work and walked back to the desk and they said we were in a different room that was directly across from the room we checked into upon arrival. Which had all of our belongings in it. Then the hotel clerk made me seem like I wasn't smart enough to understand what room numbers actually were. So we said screw it and walked to the room she claimed we originally checked into. And to our surprise when we opened the room it was in fact empty and was not our room. So then we had to wait an hour and a half for security to come and verify that the clerk messed up and it was in fact our room. Then for the rest of the stay we were treated like we were small and Insignificant. And the hotel was shitty basically empty in the casino and zero payouts. Avoid!

Two words: Hidden Fees

Being charged hidden fees for this mediocre room is absolutely ridiculous! Rooms were disgusting and were missing pieces! Nothing worth being $100 on top of a $20 Property Fee (Resort Fee). Then, being charged another $20 for a 'Service Fee' at the check-in desk! It's absolutely ridiculous! Service was absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk was rude, and we were randomly and uncomfortably approached by a member staff. Also, no laundry services are on-site, so why charge a resort fee and service fee when you offer nothing? Would not recommend it and will not be coming back here. Wasn't expecting much but unhappy nonetheless

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We’ve stayed here a few times because it was convenient to bring our dog as the hotel is advertised as pet friendly. We overlooked the rude staff at the front desk, the disgusting rooms from the 1970s, and the overall dingey atmosphere all for our dog. Last weekend we booked a room and they informed us they were out of pet friendly rooms, refused to make an exception and give us another room, and refused to refund us our money. So we were out $150 and then had to scramble and book another room on the spot and dish out an additional $150 at Best Western. AT LEAST BEST WESTERN IS FRIENDLY, CLEAN, AND HAS BREAKFAST GO THERE INSTEAD WITH YOUR PUPS

If I could give the red garter zero stars I absolutely would. So very disappointed with our stay there, they ruined our whole entire trip. We booked on Expedia upon arrival they charged us 150 more and than 2 days later another 150. In all, it costed my poor mother almost 700 dollars to stay 2 nights here. When we asked they were unwilling to help us at all. Another thing, the bathroom didn't even have a light. I would never stay or spend my money here again

My husband and I stayed here January 10-12 for our anniversary. The hotel was great, the staff were kind, and the restaurants were great as well. We really enjoyed our time. My one star review comes from the customer service we have received since. I accidentally left my AirPods in our room which I know, is my mistake but accidents happen often.||I was told that all I needed to do was send in a return label, which I did immediately. Apparently the label got lost after they confirmed to me they received it and would send the AirPods.||I have called multiple, multiple times and can go in depth about the conversations I have had on the phone simply trying to get them back. I have been told many times that they would be sent out. Today (March 27th) I was told that my best bet would be to make the 3 hour drive to pick them up ||I don't know about you, but I'd much rather invest in, and stay at a place where a simple request when I make a little mistake as a guest can be resolved.||Happy to change my review if I can actually get some communication, or my items back without having to make the drive, or just invest in a new set.

Room wasn't cleaned very well... There was some filth on the back of the bathroom door and on the wall behind it. I paid $90 for a dirty room. Also the bathroom didn't have any soap, shampoo or toilet paper. I could have gotten a clean room at Motel 6 for a little over $50 and they have clean rooms and keep the property clean. The front desk clerk wasn't helpful either. I wanted to leave a message to the manager but he didn't help me.

Service is well below par. Food at the restaurant is barely sustainable and the staff I wouldn't trust with a fifth grader. I had to leave before I got in a fight with the restaurant manager. Don't go here. They don't care about there guests
