They are reliable, they put a great deal of effort into being extremely detailed and Catherane is very communicative, which is a huge plus for me. They let us know promptly how the guests left our place, if anything was damaged, and when we need to restock supplies. Additionally, she is extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and organized. Catherane is fast, thorough, and makes the place look like a high end hotel. She makes the beds and folds the towels with beautiful designs.
