We had a wonderful experience with Chef Nate! He was very responsive and organized during the planning process. We had a few dietary restrictions and Nate was extremely accommodating while still allowing for a creative menu. He and Joel arrived as expected and created not only a great meal but a great atmosphere for our group. The food was fresh, seasoned well, and timed great for the pace of our evening. We also did a custom cocktail that was refreshing and delicious. We highly recommend!

Chef Nate prepared an absolutely fabulous - local, fresh, beautiful, and delicious - meal for our birthday dinner event. Where do I start? Nathan was exceptional. The experience he curated for my wife and friends in Sedona over two days was beyond words. He took care of everything, from dinner upon our arrival to breakfast the next morning, and even a seven-course dinner that evening. Nathan made two trips back to our house that day to manage all the details. And the food? It was extraordinary. We enjoyed a diverse array of Mexican, Spanish, and American dishes, each meal surpassing the last, culminating in a spectacular birthday dinner.
