(Traveling in another country) after 0.00 billing on website the day of my travel I could not get on their website from a different country. Finally had someone pay my bill 2-3 days late. I assume it was 0.00 due because I had an issue where I could get on the web, but frequently like 5-8 times a day it would automatically disconnect. This was ongoing for a month and a half. I contacted technical support several times, they had me do the usual on off reset so forth. Never got it resolved still hasn't been resolved. In the meantime, My billing is current although I don't have service. I contacted them twice that I don't have service. Not a good ISP although it was funded through capitalization from the federal government. There's no oversight that can resolve issues quickly.

Worse payment system ever !!!!!!!!

It's internet for the local area. Decent speed. Just affordability which is totally not thier fault just a bit up there for the time post Covid.
