The beds were absolutely so comfortable here and it was a very easy independent check in process. The hosts were very communicative and even made breakfast for us (which was absolutely delicious). The place was beautifully made with lots of history to explore.

A beautiful room with perfect access to the local businesses. Sarah Lynn the owner was a doll and Andrea took great care of us with a fantastic breakfast and warm conversation. This was a perfect birthday weekend. We will definitely be back

A wonderful B&B! Beautiful, clean, full of charm. Andrea was the perfect innkeeper, and made us a delicious breakfast. B street is an easy walk to all the fun in Virginia City. We can't wait to come back!

If I could give this 6*, I would. Beautifully restored Victorian house from 1875 in a charming Virginia City (after discovery of the Comstock silver lode). Andria our host is a historian, writer and has a huge depth of knowledge of VC and Nevada. We had wonderful chats over breakfast pastries and long into the evening. Absolutely loved our time here. Stayed in the Sam Davis (blue) room with stunning 100 mile view

This is my favorite place to go, and this Cobb House mansion is to perfect. Go here everything. This wonderful lady and family do such an amazing job with accommodations and even serve beautiful gourmet food . I felt so loved and welcomed when I stayed here. This place deserves an award and so does the owners etc
Ease stay here when visiting. Worth every dang penny. I'll forever be in debt with how much of a wonderful host constance was. The whole place is 12 out of 10. Omg 😲 loved every bit

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The owners were absolutely wonderful, breakfast of fresh sausage and gravy was amazing! We enjoyed the conversation with them at the breakfast table! Our room was well appointed, the entire place was beautiful, historic and inviting. We enjoyed our two nights there immensely. We would definitely plan to stay there again upon a return trip to VC Nevada!

The room size was perfect, room was clean. Gorgeous view of the valley below! Andrea was simply amazing and felt like family. Will definitely be coming back to stay again!!
