MaidPro Reno was one of the greatest cleaning services in northern Nevada until the ownership changed and their care for their employees plummeted. This is not a review on their cleaning quality but on their respect for the employees who have been there for years. 90% of the five star reviews came from employees who care about their job. But none of them will be there in the foreseeable future due to that disrespect and manipulative actions of the NEW owners. Take your business elsewhere.

Wow, such a great place to have everything come to a screeching halt. Previous owner and the Pros all were amazing, showed nothing but positive camaraderie and valiant teamwork. Petty, to fabricate fictitious lies and false accusations to pit anyone, former or current, against each other, when the owners should look into what toxicity really is and how unethical, shiesty and shady they're being. I really feel for the employees and customers who now have to deal with the new manipulative, unprofessional and miscommunicated ownership.

Worst clean I have ever had. Avoid them at all cost. They were here for hours and did next to nothing! Picture are from AFTER they did their pro clean which is supposedly bigger and better than their normal clean! More like MaidNO!

We have had MaidPro for 3 years now every other week, and they have been fantastic! Especially when we had our first and then second baby. It's well worth the "splurge" every month. The owners are very nice and the office staff are too. We love our current cleaner, Io. They are so nice and they always do such a great job! 🙂

Update 2024: we’ve been with them for 5 years now and still so impressed with them! Annie is our current cleaner and the absolute best.
