Brittany at the front desk was amazing- she really helped us feel at home and was so welcoming and kind. the rooms were spacious and clean, ultra quiet, and the location is fantastic for this little quaint town. the beds were also so comfortable and the mattresses looked brand new. we almost stayed at the best western up the road but it was way overpriced, smaller and in a less convenient area.. we're so glad we came here , thanks Brittany for making it extra fantastic ! ♥️

We love this place because of the staff. (B) was extremely helpful to us during this stay!
We have been staying here for years and they keep improving this older motel. Bed are comfortable, great towels and everything was so clean. Good location and awesome reception! The check out man was helpful too.
We will be back!!

Reliable af, budget hotel. Have stayed many times. Staff is great. Rooms/building are older but renovated enough. Good water pressure. Comfy beds. This place is my preference over the other places I've stayed in town.

It was a decent room for the price, clean and roomy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was older so not as plush as some, needed a few more linens, and the bed was not super comfy, a little hard for 50+ bodies. Walls pretty thin...could hear neighbors chatting. But for the price, a decent room.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms were in desperate need of updates. Our bathroom had tiles falling off the bathtub enclosure and missing tiles all together. Broken tiles all over the floor by the vanity. The beds were clean with no bugs. That's why I'm giving 2 stars versus just one. And honestly, that was most important to me. The stairs leading up to the rooms on the second floor were uneven, I almost tripped twice. Unfortunately, I will choose a different hotel while I'm traveling through.

Great little spot to stay while playing in the area! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Matt and his wife are super friendly and know all the good eateries and things to do in the area. Would recommend!!

Star Inn: okay room but stay on the 2nd floor! People upstairs were not especially loud but our room’s ceiling creaked a Lot. Room itself was ok. Clean, bed comfortable. Fairly close to places to eat. We’d probably stay there again but only upstairs.

The positive reviews were right: clean, comfortable, quiet. Modest for sure, no upscale pretension: I would have driven by and gone to a chain motel except for the reviews, and the need to save a dollar. Beautiful new appointments are not here, but everything you need is: nice person at the desk, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and breakfast in the lobby. Bonus was an actual bathtub to soak in. I will be back for sure.
