What a disappointing experience. I left multiple messages and never once got a call back. I had to continuously call and when I finally called and waited to speak to Ashly, handling this group.ans told her I wanted to perform an upgrade for one of the parents on the trip she, said it was too late that the tickets had already been "closed'. When I told her I had spoken to the airline and they said it could be upgraded but needed to be done through the group she said somebody would get back to me to assist with it. First a lie, then no return calls as committed. Once again-NOTHING. I was going to spend several additional thousands to get an upgrade if this TERRIBLE company would do their job. Unreal.

Regardless of asking them to make sure we did not end up in the back row of an 8 hour flight for our second tour, like we did on our first tour, and them having 3 years to work out the details, we once again ended up in the back row of an 8 hour flight. The incompetence is astounding.
