They manage a property located at 120 Juanita Drive 7. Lake Tahoe. I rented it with the support of Airbnb. The publication in the last part says it does not have air conditioning because in the area there are very few houses that have A/C. On other occasions he rented houses without air conditioning without problems. This house and its design maintains temperatures inside above 85 degrees Fahrenheit, while the outside temperature does not exceed 69 (very cool), therefore it is impossible to be inside, much less sleep. Place and no one was present, I must say that I paid 1000 dollars for 2 nights. The only thing they sent me was fans that only recirculate the hot air, with all the windows in the house open. We had to leave very early and arrive very late at night. We complained and asked for a partial refund to which they did not agree. I want all this information to be taken into account so that it does not happen to more travelers nor are they making money with a property that represents a health risk. Neither the owner nor Vacation Station nor Airbnb were present. A fraud.

You can't trust these people, they challenged us with a semi-detached house that was in terrible condition. We never have high expectations of places but this was definitely the worst place we had to stay for two nights. We asked for a refund immediately but they did not respond. The smell of the place was horrible, spider webs everywhere, it was not clean, but the worst thing was that the heat that the house had inside was unbearable, you couldn't breathe. The owners' solution was to put in fans. It was horrible. I don't recommend. renting in this place they still didn't give us any solution.

Just a beautiful place.. and location minutes away from both sides of California and Nevada in Lake Tahoe.. Incline Village very quiet getaway.. recommend this company 👌 and will come and visit again very soon.. thanks for the experience!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service. We stayed at their condo on 1000 Lakeshore Blvd. It was everything and more that you could ask for and more. The condo had everything you could need for cooking, etc. It even had a built in Miele coffee machine! Having full use of the garage was also very helpful for storing our bicycles, stroller, wagon, etc. Whoever owns the condo did a very high end remodel and it was an honor to be able to stay there. For those reviewers that are complaining about the AIRBNB fees, be a smarter renter. If you find a property you like through one of the online platforms, try to google the property and rent direct to save multiple hundreds or even a thousand or more on your rental. These rental agencies cannot control what AIRBNB and other advertising platforms charge us for fees. Vacation Station is where I will go to first whenever I am planning a trip to Lake Tahoe

I just felt the need to comment on the hidden prices for the AirBnb that we recently stayed at in Incline Village. The property itself was very very nice and had a some great amenities. What I am still upset about was that during the booking process the price kept adding up. First it started at $435 per night, then when you selected dates it went up to $600 per night, then after going to the next step there was a cleaning fee of $300 plus a service fee of $300, and finally a tax of $300. That's a lot of extra fees that definitely need to be disclosed at the very beginning of the booking process. There was no access to the community beaches which should definitely be included with the $900 extra you pay just to stay there. It should be possible to get a universal punch card that whoever stays at that property can get access to the city beaches at the very least. Vacation Station should work on that service to make it a good company to go with. I would recommend using another company for your accommodations in Incline Village.

Our family just completed a week's vacation at Incline Village- Incline Creek Estates. Great property and the service at Vacation Station was excellent. Staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will definitely rent from them again!

Update in response to VS comments - Just look at the yelp reviews... You guys are the lowest rated business in Incline Village for a reason.

Maura at Vacation Station told me that the $450 relisting fee would be waived given the circumstances. VS also fails to mention here that after notifying them of needing to break lease, they took a month to relist the unit despite multiple requests.

Given the quality of their listings (unprofessional photos taken on a circa 1995 digital camera), the house had zero showings. I listed the unit on Craigslist myself with my own photos and found a tenant to assume the lease.

Learn from my mistake and take your business to Sunbear or Goldfish Properties. They couldn't possibly be worse. IMO these guys are incompetent and Don is a scumbag.

Very rude.
Outside your office, It’s a public parking lot. Not belong to you!
If you don’t want to see any dog within your window view, buy the whole parking lot first, until then it’s your right, to open your window and yell at every person with dog to keep away from your view.
A straw shows which way the wind blows. Be very careful to choose such a business to service you.
