This motel/hotel is a great no frills bargain for weary travelers. It's definitely one of the older establishments in this area. It is very clean. I came in around 2:30am after traveling for 12 hours. The night gentleman at the front desk was friendly and engaging and had me checked in very quickly.

The room has a Grandma's house vibe, very old fashioned and inviting. I was quite surprised that the bathroom was more modern and extremely grateful for the jet tub which I took advantage of...just what I needed after a long drive!

The sheets and towels were a little weird feeling...almost stiff or sticky. They may want to consider using a different detergent to wash them in.

I checked out early and stopped in at the restaurant for breakfast. I ordered the Garbage Omelette. It came with hash browns and I chose sourdough toast. Everything was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. I ended up getting a box to go and she brought a bag and plastic silverware. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There is definitely room for improvement as you will see from some of the pictures. But overall, I liked the homey vibe and all the employees were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again 😊

We stop in at this hotel in Jackpot, NV, about 4 times a year. It has had its ups and downs over the years. They just did a lot of work in the casino area. Mostly repairs and cleaning after years of neglect.

The outside has also been cleaned up and it looks much brighter.

The bartenders are so friendly and kind, very good service. The slots are improved, but still need some maintenance,; we are hopeful they will keep moving up in quality.

We tried the restaurant this time, it was very inviting. When I called the hotel, they did not share any restaurant information with me, when I asked. For unknown reasons to me, the hotel does not see the value in telling callers about this service.

The name of the restaurant in SOPRI’S and it is the best Mexican food in this town.

I encourage you to visit the hotel and the restaurant. I posted pics so you can find the separate website with an easy to read menu.

Service this time around was nothing more than atrocious. Took my 3 year old daughter for breakfast this morning for a daddy daughter day. Over 10 minutes I waited for the server just to ask a simple question. She cared more about talking to the Cook then her job. I decided to come back home and cook my daughter food. First review in 3 years on any business or store they need new staff. It's unfortunate there business is failing due to employees. But the food's amazing when you get it.

4 walls, and a bed that reminds me of church camp. Like stepping into the 1950s. One outlet. Barely adequate lighting. Bring your own soap and shampoo, and maybe your own towels too (they are also from 1950). Stark, and basic, not even a towel hook. But it was clean, quiet, no smoking, and good hot water.

The whole experience at the hotel and casino was great the people that work there are like an extension of family they do care about people over profit.(I Give Them 4 Stars) there's no place like 4 JACKS. For me and my friend's to stay,go there if you want a good experience.

The motel room was nostalgic but clean and somewhat updated. The hairdryer was nonfunctional. The AC unit definitely needs updated. It was a place to sleep before getting back on the road though. The Quesabirria at Sopris Restaurant was truly amazing.

I got a single room and it was great. Really affordable and seemed recently updated. It was really clean and comfortable. I’m only giving three stars because the casino was terrible. Lights were out on most of the machines, several weren’t operational at all. It was small and empty. It was like the owners don’t care about the casino portion at all. I hope they fix it up. My room was great and I’d visit again, but I won’t go to the casino and that’s a shame.

We stopped because you cannot go through Nevada and not hit at least one casino. The bartender was friendly and she had great skill and service. We ate at the little Cafe and it was incredible. The food was fresh and spectacular. George Perez did an incredible job with service. Clean and welcoming environment, not what was expected from the tired exterior. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to it.
