We've been using this service since it opened & we used to have great experiences but they have gone steadily downhill recently and tonight was the worst of all.

Our order arrived just over an hour late, part of the order was wrong, the hot foods were cold & the cold foods were room temperature. And for this privilege we paid over $90 to feed 4 people at Zaxby's. Over $30 of that was delivery fees and tip. To top it all off, our delivery driver parked at the base of our driveway and slowly walked our food through the rain instead of parking in the driveway like a normal person, and handed our food to me with water dripping off the bags & the cardboard drink carrier starting to fall apart.

Very dissatisfied at this time. I sincerely hope they get their selves back together because not many services deliver to where we live and this is extremely disheartening to see a local business fail so badly.

I had a great experience with them and my driver Vikki was awesome. She got the good there fast it said an hour before it would be there, and she got it to me within 30 minutes.
