No home delivery and customer service sucks! The hospital ordered O2 equipment and monitor for our preemie when she left the NICU, they wouldn't deliver the equipment, we had to load the equipment ourselves, and when we had issues with the equipment from the very first day we had problems and had to drive back to mtvernon, and had to drive back again for downloads of the monitor data. Then when we took everything back, I had our baby with me and had to unload it all myself because they didn't have a load out guy.

A driver was picking up equipment today. He was rude and disrespectful after our father passed. You need to train your employee on respect. We have several employees who very kind after drop off.
