It is rare to find someone with nothing but 5 star reviews, but after working with Loreen it is clear to see why she is so highly rated. She is absolutely amazing! My daughter and I booked a trip to Frankfurt, Germany. I am not a seasoned traveler and was a little nervous. Loreen helped us every step of the way. She truly cares about her travelers and making sure their trip is memorable.

We had one minor issue of getting to our hotel from the airport. I contacted Loreen and she handled it immediately! She set our minds at ease and we had a fabulous trip abroad. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and I look forward to working with her on our next adventure!

Loreen booked a cruise for me and a travel partner. She took care of everything, right down to the smallest detail. Then the person going with me had family medical issues and had to back out. Loreen took care of it all for a second time. Unbelievably, the same thing happened again! But Loreen went right back at it again, right down to the last detail, and got my package all fixed again.
Loreen's knowledge and personal travel experience make her the perfect person for the job. She can take an inexperienced traveler and make them feel confident and ready to enjoy their trip.

I was leery of using a travel agent because of many things, like why does anyone need a travel agent these days, right? Loreen/Breakaway Cruise and Travel showed me just how wrong I was! We were trying to get two cabins in Reserve Class on an Alaskan cruise on Princess and for months of checking the availability came up with nothing, then one, then nothing again. As soon as Loreen got on the case, she came up with our needed two cabins plus got us $100 each in shipboard credits! She was also able to get a gift delivered to one of the cabins without the recipients knowing about it until delivery (secret travel agent contact with the cruise line). It was a wonderful cruise with special treats that she gifted. Just everything about her involvement was special and very appreciated. I am sold on involving Loreen on my future travel needs. There was no extra charge to us, and knowing she was available for any issues (there weren't any after she got involved) gave us the confidence to just enjoy the trip.
